'We had a lovely stay at Maple Corner Cottage. The location was perfect, easy bike ride to the corner store and accessible to so many swimming spots, forests, Stowe, Montpelier, etc. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies (so many coffee making options!), and fit our 4 person family and pup comfortably.We found it easier to drive to the public swimming beach on the pond rather than walk the kayaks down the road to the neighbor's pond access point. 'Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You'

'Absolutely love this house and the location. Visited with my wife, dog and parents. Complete relaxation. Used the kayaks most days and fished from the canoe and row boat. Sadly no fish were caught but I'm sure they enjoyed the supply of fresh worms! I'd highly recommend.'

'This cabin is a wonderful experience that any couple should enjoy at least once. The calm serenity and private ambience led to the relaxation that myself and my wife desperately needed. It was easy access to the public beach area (walk across the street) and a quick drive to a few local places to eat/coffee. 'Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! '
