'We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. 'We had the best time at the cabin and Lena was so nice and helpful to us!! She told us so much about the nature and culture up there. Also, the Sauna was really nice and we were warm, even though there was some frost in the night. We also saw aurora! Axxa, the Jämthund, was also so cute and friendly! There are so many things you can do in the region, like hiking the Dundret, visiting Jokkmokk, but also just hiking in the forest by the cabin and enjoying the sun by the cabin! 'This suited us perfectly. Two parents and a 13 yr old. It was warm and cozy, there's a sofa in one room, 2 chairs in the other and a dining table in the kitchen. WiFi was fast and free. We were in the lower apartment so we did hear walking about from the apartment upstairs, but the people staying above us were quiet so it wasn't an issue for us.
