Dear Rachael Wilmot & Friend Your stay with us. You booked your stay at the very last moment and you arrived with your friend straightway. On arrival you were greeted and welcomed with welcome drinks and escorted to your room. Your friend was felling little cold so we provided you with an extra portable heater despite the fact that your room’s heating temperature was 22 degree’s Celsius. You and your friend came back to the hotel at 01:40am Sunday morning worst for drink & very loud, You also tried to enter the wrong room and disturbed the guest staying in that room. You and your friend kept making the noise and another of our guests complained and so we had to come to your room to request you to keep the noise level down. Next morning when we came to setup for breakfast we found all the lights were on in the restaurant and in the kitchen, the fridge door was open, The restaurant was also in a very messy condition and sugar pots and cereal jars were everywhere and some cereal pots were actually missing from the restaurant, after carefully checking our CCTV footage we found that your friend did enter the restaurant and kitchen at 02:04am on Sunday morning, We can clearly see that she took cornflake jar, sugar pot etc. While you were checking out yesterday both you and your friend were very rude, you didn’t want to co-operate, you left the room very messy and untidy, there was vomit everywhere, damaging the carpet and bed linen, your friend even packed the cereal jar in her bag (which she denied having) and when we repeatedly asked her three or four times for it she took the jar our from her bag and returned it to us. To say we were abusive and you were not allowed to leave the property is not true. In fact it was both of you who had been very rude, drunk and noisy, All our other guests complained and witnessed your drunken behaviour. A guest whom was staying for 9 nights checked out because of your unruly behaviour. ALL PHOTOGRAPHY AND CCTV can be seen. The management
