The Kitchen is fully fitted with a built in oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite work surfaces, with a washing machine in the separate utility room.

The patio behind the house has a wooden pergola providing a partly shaded dining area with 6 seat table, and a large gas BBQ is provided. There is plenty of space for sun-bathing on the patio or grass with the large garden orientated so there is always somewhere in the sun and somewhere in the shade.
Murcia is a fantastic venue for holidays, whether it be to explore the mountains, beaches and bays or for an adventure holiday white rafting, jet skiing, quad biking or even paragliding. And you may have heard that there are a few decent golf courses here too!
