One of the great attractions of the apartment is its pleasant private terrace with beautiful sea views. Thanks to its orientation, you will be able to enjoy the sun during the morning and contemplate a beautiful sunrise over the Mediterranean, making the terrace a perfect place to start the day having breakfast in the open air.



The apartment has a bedroom equipped with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and television. The bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom, completely refurbished and equipped with a modern walk-in shower.



The property has a second full bathroom with shower, offering greater comfort and independence when several people are staying.



The lounge is a comfortable and welcoming space equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed that allows you to expand the accommodation's capacity. From here you can relax after a day at the beach or quietly enjoy a film or your favourite platforms.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy a completely independent stay. It has a large capacity refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven and all the necessary crockery and utensils to cook comfortably as if you were at home.



During your stay you will be able to enjoy the facilities at La Nogalera. The urbanisation has three communal swimming pools and a spacious sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers. One of the pools remains open practically throughout the year, whilst the opening dates and times of the rest depend on the owners' community. The location is one of the great attractions of the accommodation. La Nogalera is located in the heart of Torremolinos, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and everything you need to enjoy your holidays without needing to use the car.



The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The quickest access is via some stairs and allows you to reach the seafront promenade in approximately 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can also use the public lift that connects to the seafront promenade, located approximately 8 minutes' walk away and costing approximately €0.50 per journey.



If you travel by car, you will be able to park for free on several nearby streets, subject to availability. Additionally, very close to the complex is the Pueblo Blanco Car Park, a convenient paid alternative with very competitive rates.



If you travel with children, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair upon request and subject to availability.



For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide a complimentary change of sheets and towels.



Once the booking is confirmed and before arrival, all guests must compulsorily complete the online check-in process, in accordance with current regulations from Spanish authorities for tourist accommodation. This procedure is essential in order to access the apartment.
