Prachtig, net en ruim appartement met super terras!
Het appartement, gelegen in een zeer goed onderhouden en kleinschalige residentie, is volledig conform de foto’s en beschrijving, heel netjes en vrij ruim en alle nodige faciliteiten om van een aangename vakantie te genieten zijn aanwezig! Een super groot en zonnig terras en als je verkiest is er ook steeds een plekje in de schaduw te vinden. Ondanks gelegen aan een grote baan is dit zeker nooit storend, daar merk je zelfs nagenoeg niets van. Op korte wandelafstand bereik je het strand en het gezellige centrum van “La Carihuela”. Ook het steeds sfeervolle “Puerto Marina” is langs de mooie strandpromenade prima te bereiken. De bushalte is op ca. 150meter, en zo ben je heel snel in Torremolinos centrum, maar ook Arroyo de La Miel, Mijas en Malaga zijn via deze haltes prima per bus bereikbaar. Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf dan ook enkel positieve ervaringen gehad, Julia en Maria zijn ook steeds paraat voor mogelijke vragen en doen echt hun uiterste best om je te laten genieten van een TOP vakantie!

Fabulous apartment.
Fantastic apartment in a suberb location. The large, furnished terrace was perfect for sunbathing, drinking with nibbles and dining in the candle light. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils. The lovely hosts, who were always on hand if needed,left us toiletries, plenty of towels and a welcome pack. They also arranged our taxi to the airport. We would highly recommend this apartment and area.

great location aldi beach all within short walking distance,bus stop close as well.
manager of property goes above and beyond nothing she wouldn’t do to make the best stay. Disappointed the curtain on deck was not there as very windy while we were there so couldn’t use deck as much as would have liked. feel the curtain as in picture would be helpful.

Location, location, location.
Perfectly situated able to easily walk to resort centres of Torremolinos Benamadina, Aldi on doorstep, train station close opening up rest of Del Sol days out. Apt a little dated but more than comfortable and massive sun terrace. Special mention for onsite property management from Michelle from checking us in/out when suited us to information and arranging taxis no stresses or dramas throughout stay. Would have no hesitation recommending this property or returning to👍

Tolle Penthouse Wohnung
Absolut schöne kleine Wohnung mit allen was dazu gehört. Die Terasse ist sehr groß ind hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Sehr ruhig direkt neben ALDI und nahe zu allen Strandbars ( 500 m ). Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Great little place
We had a great time staying in this apartment. Balcony was huge and enough for our needs. Inside was clean and the little extras etc were much appreciated after our delayed late flight. Special thanks to Michelle who goes above and beyond, (even ordering our departure taxi for us) and the host who was quick to respond to any messages. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a cheap, relaxing place in the sun. If you want an ultra modern apartment then this might not be for you but it met our needs perfectly. The only thing that would have improved our stay was to of had the tv working (it said the signal was too weak) but who watches much tv on holiday?

The terrace is very spacious and a good variety of seating areas (sunbeds, sofas and table and chairs). Very close to the beach and bars, although there is a slight hill to get back to the apartment. So close to aldi which is great. The welcome pack was a lovely touch! Espcially after travelling all morning. Thank you Michelle!

Great Break. The host/ manager of this apt will make or break this apt.
Small ,very compact with everything you require. the rap round balcony makes it as many many apt/hotels do not get sun in the afternoon.

Absolutely their best to stay, huge balcony close to Aldi's the Promenade Absolutely spot on clean.

Fabulous Christmas break
My husband and myself have just come back from renting this little gem...all we wanted for the wk ...although it may not be up to date with interior ..it was clean,had everything we needed the balcony was great for sunbathing... drying washing or just watching the world go by...so close to Aldi ..and surprisingly other smaller supermarkets as we discovered walking down different roads ...only a few blocks from the beach and sea front... it's up hill on the way back so bare that in mind but it's only 10 to 15 mins away ..Michelle who met us is a wonderful lady who helped with anything you wanted or needed so thanks to Michelle..she made it so much more relaxing too ...hope this helps ☺️🙌

This is an excellent apartment in a great location for La Carihuela and the surrounding area. Lots of outdoor space and very well equipped accommodation. Great communication from the property owners and the Michelle who looks after the apartment. Really, really helpful> Would certainly use again.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, proper bath sheets instead of the usual postage stamp towels! Huge wrap around terrace and just a few minutes to the beach. Michelle was very helpful and easy to contact. Can’t think of any negatives! Definitely would book again.

Ideal location close to beach and restaurants
Had good communication with the owners prior to our arrival and were met at the property on the day of our arrival. It is a clean, functional and secure property with a wrap around balcony which is the big plus when comparing this apartment with similar sized properties. It benefits from a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine and a good array of kitchen utensils It is a short walk to the beach and to the local shops and restaurants. Also has the advantage of bus stops very close by which provide transport links to other resorts including Malaga. We enjoyed a week at the apartment and fully intend making a return visit when time allows

Lovely huge wrap around terrace with sun all day, with sun loungers and seating. Spacious bright apartment with everything you need and well equipped kitchen. Hosts Julia Maria and Jose where fantastic and responded by text to any queries we had before arrival. Also booked us a taxi to airport when leaving. Thank you for the lovely gifts you left on arrival (wine, biscuits, milk, water and juice). It was a great start to a brilliant holiday in your apartment. Great location to walk into both Torremolinos and Benalmadena Marina. Close to lots off bars and restaurants but very quiet and not over looked. Would definitely stay again

Great location . apartment had everything that was required and a bit more but could do with a little upgrading in the bathroom and the bed frame requires replacing as it’s it’s quite squeaky but I believe a new one has been ordered

Fantastic wrap around balcony with sun all day
The apartment is a short stroll from Carihuela seafront with many bars, restaurants & shops. This is an area we’ve been visiting for over 30 years & the first time we’ve stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel. We will definitely do so again. Only slight downside were the roadworks in the main road near the apartment which were a bit noisy & dusty at times. Hopefully they will be finished soon.

Good location, fab outdoor terrace, clean, airy well-equipped and secure apartment, great hosts.
Booked this apartment as the photos of the outside terrace were great - and it was fabulous! A big wrap around space that gets sun all day; good sunbeds, comfy sofas, great table/chairs with lovely lanterns for evening drinks watching world go by. Apartment is cosy and cute with plenty of attention to detail and guest needs, including WiFi and good TV. Would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a shower over bath but that is a personal preference and didn’t impact on the visit. Apt is bright, airy, well equipped and very clean - a home from home. It is also well-secured, gated access with easy to use shutters. Location is good: Large supermarket 2 mins away. Beach, restaurants and bars a ten minute easy stroll. Bus-stop to and from other towns within 2 mins making visits easy. Hosts Marie Jose and Julia were really great 👏👏- allowed early access to suit our flights, provided useful info, kept in touch by text yet were totally unobtrusive. Perfect! Left nice wee touches like bottle vino 👍cookies, milk, tea, coffee etc. La Carihuela is lovely, our first visit and we’d like to return. While it was quiet over Christmas, we were blessed with good weather and a lovely place to stay/relax while sampling the many good restaurants and bars. All in all, highly recommend this little gem and hopefully will be back in 2019.

We spent three weeks here. The balcony is excellent where the sun is at some part, all day. If needed there is shade where you can have meals al fresco. Apartment is very well maintained with everything you need. Bars restaurants and beach five minutes away. In the opposite direction you have the train station taking you all over the Costa at very reasonable prices. We would of given this apartment five stars if you could of got more channels on the television in English approximately five in English. There is over 800 channels but mainly in Spanish. Julia is on hand if there is any problem and promptly rectified. (There was very high winds overnight which took down the sky dish. As soon as we told Julia a technical assistant came and fixed it). You could not ask for better service. We will be back

Dejlig lejlighed i perfekte omgivelser
Lejligheden er veludstyret og har en rigtig god beliggenhed for by, strand og havn. Terrassen er en perle i sig selv, med sol og skygge muligheder hele dagen. Julia er fantastisk hjælpsom med udflugtsteder og hvad der ellers måtte komme af spørgsmål. Helt igennem perfekt og kan varmt anbefales.

A superb holiday
We have just returned from Julia's apartment and can highly recommend it. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean and we felt at home immediately. Julia had been very prompt in replying to all correspondence. The terrace is large, well equipped with outside furniture, and is perfectly situated to catch the sun all day. Excellent séjour !
Nous avons été très bien accueilli Dans le frigo à notre arrivée il y avait une bouteille de vin ainsi que du chocolat du jus d'orange et cela est très appréciable car il n'y avait pas d'obligation à cette délicate attention Il y a une piscine en bas de la résidence très propre très appréciable lorsqu'on a une ado qui aime la piscine !! L'appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel et très proche de la plage. Il y a une superbe terrasse exposée plein sud. un arrêt de bus tout proche de l'appartement pour se rendre à Malaga où il faut compter 45 minutes pour s'y rendre une supérette à 100 m en sortant de la résidence Les propriétaires sont restés à notre disposition tout au long de notre séjour et ils nous ont même réservé le taxi pour le jour de notre départ pour nous rendre à l'aéroport . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ce qui est sure c'est que nous y retournerons Encore merci à Julia et Marie-Josée Sandrine

Sommes retournés une nouvelle fois pendant 2 semaines dans ce bel appartement qui nous convient parfaitement. bien équipé, lumineux avec une terrasse très bien exposée, tous les commerces sont à proximité (supermarché,banques,arrêts bus) Julia maîtrise la langue française très sympathique réactive si problème (coupure d'eau) qui donne des conseils(ligne de bus,restaurants) cette femme est très disponible pour ses locataires ,prend des nouvelles pendant le séjour, nous propose son aide (appel d'un taxi) Location à conseiller dans cette résidence calme et bien entretenue qui se situe près de la plage et à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques balnéaires. c'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement et nous reviendrons sans doute car le soleil Andalou nous fait un bien fou à nous qui sommes Bretons!!!! Best holiday apartment
This holiday has been the best ever mainly due to this amazing apartment . It has the best and biggest terrace iv ever seen. Julia has thought of everything you could possibly need while away from home. The place was spotless inside and out, with plenty of sun beds and seating and even sun beds down at the pool. Julia also let us check out late afternoon as our flight home was not until 18.00 .i will certainly stay here again,the apartment is amazing, the supermarket,is practically next door and a 5 minute stroll,takes you onto the beach at la carihuela. The only thing I missed was UK tv as I like to be able to relax at nights and watch some tv but that's a small thing considering everything else was so perfect. Thank you Julia xx

Ils ont été des grandes locataires. Très aimable, sympathique et respectueux. Les enfants sont très polis et sympathiques. L'appartement était absolument propre et bien rangé le jour de son départ. Entièrement personnes recommandées. J 'espère les recevoir à d'autres moments. Merci beaucoup à vous par tout!!!!

El paraíso! !
Estuvimos 10 días en junio y estuvimos más que encantados.... Hace un par de años estuvimos en el de al lado que es un poquito más pequeño y también se lo alquilamos a Julia y fue también todo perfecto...pero esta vez queríamos la terraza un poCó más grande y alquilamos ese. La estancia maravillosa....tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena temporada. ...muy cómodo. ...todo muy limpio la. ...terraza impresionante. .tanto para comer...como para tomar el sol. ..muy cerca de la playa...y al lado supermercados y el autobús. ...sin duda nuestro sitio de veraneo para todos los años....Sin duda lo recomiendo. Y si una cosa destaco es la amabilidad de Julia que es con la que tratamos siempre.....

Maravillosa familia, super simpática y amable. Muy respetuosos con todo. El apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado el día de su salida. Totalmente recomendables para cualquier propietario. Location de grande qualité. Résidence fort agréable et fleurie. Concierge consciencieux et toujours prêt à rendre service. Appartement impeccable à tous les niveaux tant pour l'aménagement que pour la décoration. Terrasses magnifiques superbement équipées (salon de jardin, lits de plage, coin repas), tout est protégé par de nouvelles tentes solaires). Logement en superbe état, très bien équipé, lumineux et fonctionnel. Propriétaires ( Julia y Maria José) sont sans reproches, aimables, disponibles et toujours prêtes pour vous faire plaisir. Bref, un lieu de vacances exceptionnel. À RECOMMANDER les yeux fermés.

Ces locataires ce sont magnifiques, très sympathiques, respectueux et amicals. L'appartement est très propre et tout à l'ordre. Nous sommes enchantées de les reçevoir tous les ans dans notre appartement. Nous avons pu profiter de quelques moments inoubliables avec eux. Ils sont formidables!!! Emplacement idéal, super rapport qualité/prix!
L'appartement est très bien équipé avec toutes les commodités, lave-linge inclus très pratique pour les locations long terme comme nous (4 semaines). La terrasse, immense et meublée, permet de bénéficier du soleil toute la journée. Il y a épicerie et arrêt d'autobus à un coin de rue, et la plage et le bord de mer sont à 3 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires, Julia et Maria-José, sont ultra gentilles et accueillantes.
