  • Bungalow op een paar meter van het beroemdste strand van de Costa del Sol "PLAYA CARIHUELA". Dicht bij restaurants en winkelstraten. Mooi en licht appartement op het zuiden met een groot terras. WIFI. Keuken met alle apparatuur. 2 airconditioners. Omgeven door tuinen en drie zwembaden. Tennisbaan. Het heeft een restaurant en een supermarkt in het complex. Ik parkeren.
    Volledig gerenoveerd Het heeft 2 airconditioners. Keuken uitgerust met grote koelkast, vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, wasmachine, wasdroger, rookafzuiging. Ruime gebieden om te zonnebaden in hangmatten.
    Het is een paradijs voor gezinnen en koppels op vakantie.
    Zeer veilige omgeving, 24 uur per dag bewaking. Het bestaat uit parkeren,
    Gelegen in de beste buurt van Torremolinos. Bushalte voor de deur van het complex. Op 300 ms van treinstation.

De communicatie snel en gastvrij, in het appartement is alles aanwezig , luxe en gedacht aan alle details . Fijn dat de verwarming goed werkt(februari) . Echt niets op aan te merken!

Compleet appartement op mooi park

De maand februari 2025 verbleven in het appartement. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust met wasmachine en droger. De communicatie met eigenaren is perfect en reageren direct op berichten. Op het park is een zwembad en een Nederlandse winkel waar typisch Nederlandse producten worden verkocht. Enig smetje zijn de soms luidruchtige bovenburen en het ontbreken van een droogrek. M.b.t. de bovenburen wordt door de eigenaren actie ondernomen.

Excellent communication with Carmen prior to arrival. Location is fabulous for all bars/restaurants

Had an enjoyable family holiday - pool large and warm. Everyone friendly especially the lady who runs the on-site supermarket. Location excellent.

Comfortable and close to all amenities, easy access to shops, restaurants and beachfront, also buses. Set in well kept grounds with swimming pool.

Great location

We stayed in Cariheula Park Place in December/January and the apartment and complex were a 2 minute walk from the beachfront..Apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, lovely patio area at the front. Complex itself and the garden areas are lovely and well kept. Would recommend a stay there

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The veranda was a lovely area with a retractable awning, good range of furniture and had the morning sun. Less appealing was the view which was of a wall of the apartment block opposite which had suffered a fire and was scorched black. The photo shown on the website was accurate but only looking left from the veranda.It's situation on the complex was very convenient for the shop (which was well stocked and reasonable) and for the bus stops which were right outside the complex. It was also very close the main area of shops, restaurants and beach of La Carihuela.The on site bar offered entertainment twice a week and very good value food.The communication with the owner prior to arriving the arrangements for the handover of the keys were excellent and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Torremolinas

We really enjoyed our stay at Carihuelos. The apartment has a great location near many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The promenade is a lovely place to walk. We hope to return another time.

Très belle expérience!

Très bel emplacement situé à proximité de tout. L’accueil des gens est chaleureux et joyeux. Plusieurs parlent anglais et même français en plus de l’espagnol bien sûr :-)!

Home from home

Just back from staying at this accommodation, by reading previous reviews i was confident that there would be no issues with the accommodation and we weren’t disappointed The accommodation was perfect, home from home, fully equipped with all our needs, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer etcWill certainly return again and the location was perfect with a lovely terrace for us to sit out and enjoy the sun,the host was a message away if we had any questions and also very comfortable beds

Bel appartement!

Cela fait deux fois que nous louons cet appartement. Il est extrêmement bien situé près de la mer et des stations de bus. Il possède une belle terrasse et est bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils. Nous y retournerons l'an prochain.

We were very happy with the amenities offered and our host was quick to respond to any issues. The listing was inaccurate with the bed size (not a king, perhaps a European queen). The wall in the master bedroom had flaking paint which left a dusty residue if touched. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans. The shower functioned well but has seen better days as did the sink faucet which was hard to operate. If you don’t mind an older unit this property is located in a great area and has some desirable features. However, it is very tired and could do with a makeover.

Superbe appartement

Cet appartement a vraiment répondu à nos attentes! Il est très bien situé, à proximité du passeo maritimo ,de la mer et également près des arrêts de bus. Il contient tout le nécessaire pour bien vivre et cuisiner.Il est très fonctionnel et joli. Il possède une belle terrasse et le site est agréable. De plus les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés. Ils ont vraiment fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour nous aider lorsque nous avons eu besoin. Notre séjour a été des plus agréables.

Very nice stay

Es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Das Apartement entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ganz einfach. Für das Baby wurde auch an alles gedacht. Babybett, Babybadewanne und babysitz waren vorhanden. Vielen lieben Dank !

Excellent property

The apartment complex has a well Stocked shop just 30 seconds from the apartment, 2 swimming pools and a bar cafe serving lots of snacks and drinks. The beach is a 2 minute walk away with loads of bars and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and has plenty of room for a family of 4. They even had magnifying mirrors to help when putting make up on!! It is very well stocked. The air con is great and the balcony is peaceful at night to sit out. The lady who met us to check in, Wilma, is really lovely and helpful.

My husband an I stayed in this house for 8 weeks and had a fabulous time. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. We had family come out to stay with us and made lots of lovely memories. There were plenty towels and beach towels provided and a well stocked supermarket next door to the house. I had highlighted to the host that one of the chairs on the terrace was worn and when we returned from the beach that day there were 2 brand new chairs on the terrace...excellent service. The grounds of the complex are immaculate and pool is lovely (although we didn't really use as we like the beach). Lovely pool bar for a nice lunch. Location is very central for the promenade. Communication with the host since booking was excellent, we actually tried to rebook for next year but our dates were not available. I would not hesitate in returning to the house.

Ruhig und doch alles sehr nah

Perfekte Lage, ruhig und doch mittendrin. 5 Minuten von schöner Promenade mit kleinen Läden und Restaurants entfernt. Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern schön und sauber. Die Dusche ist schon sehr abgenützt und ist schwierig sauber zu halten, Bad sonst gut. Betten alle gute Matraze und bequem, auch Bettsofa. Küche perfekt eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht, wenn man gerne kocht. Terasse fantastisch für Frühstück und Abendessen, genug Platz für alle und gemütlich. Ein Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten, ohne Fenster). Alle Zimmer mit Aircon und Dekenventilator. Busstop vor dem Gebäude, Bus 110, geht bis Malaga City, 5 Min. von Alstadt entfernt. Zugstation circa 15 Min. bergauf zu Fuss, geht direkt zum Flughafen und nach Malaga City.Waren tolle Ferien.

weekje naar de zon

12-19 november 2021 We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement op het park in Carihuela. Alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden, appartement is netjes ingericht, alleen is het bed te kort als je langer dan 1.90cm bent. Communicatie met Carmen prima. We hadden een auto gehuurd, wat eigenlijk niet nodig is als je verder niet op pad wilt, alles is op loopafstand, strand, boulevard en winkels en eetgelegenheid. In november is er bij het appartement niet veel zon, maar bij het zwembad kun je de hele dag genieten op een ligbed van de zon. Het park is keurig verzorgd en beveiligd. We zullen hier zeker nog eens terugkomen Wim en Annemieke
