"My family of 5 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We loved the arcade game, hot tub, and the backyard. The neighborhood isn't far from some sketchy areas, but we didn't have any issues and we slept soundly with the security gate and tall fence enclosing the property. One of the bedframes was broken when we arrived and Jon replaced it as soon as he found out. Overall, the house is great, the amenities were perfect for my family, and we weren't far from where we wanted to go. We would stay...

"It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place."

"Would've liked a totally fenced yard for our dog but there was a lovely park just 2 blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the house was quiet with very little traffic noise. Much better than staying in a motel!."

"The tree house is super cute and comfortable. Gregory was very friendly and gave us a tour upon arrival. The bedroom is on one side of the building and the kitchen and dining area is outside on the other side of the building. The bathroom is down a path a little distance. Everything is well lit though. The bedroom is open air with a half wall all around it and shades that mostly close off the top half. Everything is fully covered. It was a chilly night when we were there, but there were plenty...
