Apartment La Siesta - very close to the beach! Outdoor pool!!

Welcome to our Home in Torrevieja! This charming apartment offers you the opportunity to have great vacation experience, located very close to the beach, where every sunrise and sunset turn into a spectacle facing the Mediterranean Sea.
Apartment La Siesta is located only 3 min walk to lovely Playa del Acequion and Playa de los Naufragos (Blue Flag – awarded) and only 15 minutes walk to the long promenade.
Within walking distance there are local Bakery, Butcher, The Dial Prix – minimarket, pharmacy and a lot of bars and restaurants.
Charming Apartament La Siesta consists of two lovely bedrooms: one with double bed, second bunk single beds and a dining-living room with sofa bed that transforms into another double bed. Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child.
As family friendly accommodation we can also provide, free of charge, a cot bed for our youngest guests.
Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a carefree and relaxing vacation by the sea – air conditioning, free fast WiFi, large flat smart TV, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, beach folding chairs and beach toys for kids.
Long-term stays are welcome. Any reservation exceeding 21 days is considered a long-term stay.
For long-term bookings, water is charged at a fixed rate of €50, and electricity consumption will be calculated and paid at check-out.
Please note that long-term stays are only available from October until the end of April. If you are interested in an extended stay during this period, kindly message me directly for a custom offer and accurate pricing.
Do not proceed with a long-term booking between May and September without contacting me first.
A security deposit of €250 is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
