Luxe appartement met 2 slaapkamers met groot zonneterras, 3 zwembaden, dicht bij het strand

Rosa Blanca is een volledig geregistreerde [VT-443788-A]
 groot, penthouse-stijl appartement op de 4e verdieping (73 vierkante meter) met volledige airconditioning en een groot zonneterras (52 vierkante meter), waardoor het totale vloeroppervlak 125 vierkante meter is. Het appartement ligt op slechts 200 meter van het strand en mooie wandelingen langs de kust, op een prachtig terrein met drie zwembaden en luxe tuinen, een ondergrondse parkeergarage, 24-uursbeveiliging en liften naar alle verdiepingen.
Gunstig geplaatst voor luchthavens; Alicante 45 minuten, Murcia 40 minuten, met prachtige keuze aan restaurants, winkels, bars, banken en bushalte in de buurt. Accommodatie bestaat uit, door woonkamer met eethoek, volledig ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser, oven, kookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak, wasmachine, etc.
2 slaapkamers, een super kingsize met luxe rits- en koppelbedden en een eigen badkamer, een tweepersoonskamer met 2 aparte bedden. Tweede complete badkamer met douche.


GASTENBOEK: Bij aankomst hadden we geen idee wat we konden verwachten. Het appartement was geweldig en we hadden een zeer uitgebreid welkomstpakket. Het complex was veilig en vriendelijk met prachtige tuinen en zwembaden. Het strand ligt op slechts twee minuten verderop met een restaurant aan zee en twee minuten verderop zijn alle bars, restaurants en supermarkten die men zich maar kan wensen. Al met al een fantastische vakantie. LAURA NOORD EN SIMON LOPER.

We hadden de meest fantastische tijd bedankt. De transfer van en naar het vliegveld verliep soepel. Uw appartement is geweldig, met alle huiselijke gemakken die u zich maar kunt wensen. Het terrein rondom het appartement is goed onderhouden, net als de zwembaden. Punta Prima was de perfecte stad voor de vakantie die we nodig hadden, we zouden zeker graag weer gaan. GASTENBOEK: We moeten zeggen dat we een geweldige tijd hebben gehad tijdens uw verblijf in uw appartement. Het is zeer goed onderhouden, schoon en netjes en is geschikt voor alle vereisten. Het zonneterras was een geweldige aanvulling op het appartement en we brachten het grootste deel van de week zonnebaden daar. We zouden uw appartement ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen en hopen later in de toekomst weer contact met u op te nemen. ROSITA EN IAN

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment, the area and the apartment complex are all superb. No discos, noisy bars or dozens of souvenir shops. Just a relaxed area with bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The only downside was that not much sun comes on the balcony in November. We will remember this place for future plans.

Excellent appartement at the Costa Blanca

We’ve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish temperture👌 Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.

We had a lovely stay at "Rosa Blanca". Anne, the host is excellent and always responds quickly to any enquiries. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable and represents very good value for money. The grounds are immaculate and the 3 swimming pools were always quiet with plenty of room. We loved the large terrace complete with outdoor dinning and sunbeds. We would definitely return in the future.

Great property in a great location

The apartment was excellent for us as it was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. The location was great, the beach was within mins so was the shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. We also used the local bus to travel around, theres no need for a car. We really appreciated the check in process having someone meeting you was great.

Nice apartment

We travelled with two 15 year old boys. Apartment spacious enough for us all. Great having 2 bathrooms. Lovely large terrace with sun loungers, parasoll and table and chairs. Had a few minor issues but property manager Margaret very helpful. Apartment grounds lovely, well kept gardens. There are three pools, but unfortunately the boys were told they couldn’t use the largest pool as it was only for people swimming lanes, which is a real shame in the height of summer. Punta Prima area clean – there are two Spanish cafe/ restaurants a few minutes walk away, and an English run bar/restaurant across the road. The majority of bars and restaurants are 10 minutes walk away, situated by the main dual carriageway, which isn’t ideal. Our favourite restaurant by far was the Nautilus, a 10 minute walk , situated right on the sea front – great food and service with a lovely terrace feet from the lapping waves. The local beach is small and sandy but there are lots of rocks to walk over when you get in the sea. Saying that, it was lovely and warm and the waves exhilarating! Not really suitable for younger children. A 15 minute taxi ride away from Aquopolis Torrevieja water park, and a 5 minute taxi ride to the go-karting.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Anlage

Schöne klimatisierte Unterkunft in einer geschlossenen Anlage mit drei Pools und schön viel Grünflächen zum entspannen. In der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Restaurants ( Gandhi, toller Inder, Armenia, sehr gutes armenisches Grillrestaurant, Nautilus, spanische Küche, direkt am Meer). Man kann aber auch problemlos in der voll ausgestatteten Küche selber kochen. Ein besonderes Plus der Unterkunft ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, möglicherweise ist der Aufzug unmittelbar neben der Wohnung. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Unterkunft! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die tolle Betreuung durch Karen und Margret.

We have stayed in this property before. It is excellent and with a large and well equipped roof terrace that provides sun or shade throughout the day. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and it is our intention to return in the future.

Lovely stay

The apartment was just as described and easy to find. The spacious outside terrace was a real bonus.Everything was walking distance - bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The complex has lovely gardens and 3 pools, so choice if lots of people are staying. We had a lovely stay and will be back.

This apartment is very close to alot of bars restaurants and shops, all within walking distance and 5 minutes walk tonthe beach. Apartment has everything you need for a great relaxing stay, has a large terrace/balcony with sun all day and will definitely recommend this.

Die Wohnung entsprach insgesamt der Beschreibung. Check in war super. Die große Terrasse könnte etwas freundlicher gestaltet werden. Die Couch im Wohnbereich könnte auch mal erneuert werden. Wegen der guten Lage - alles fussläufig erreichbar- trotzdem eine Empfehlung.

Résidence agréable et bien entretenu, très belle terrasse au calme à cette période de l'année, logement spacieux et bien équipé. Propreté de la literie douteuse, de nombreuses tâches sur les matelas et pas de protection (alaise) des matelas. La côte est bétonnée et très urbanisée, la région n'est pas très jolie, promenades à pieds le long de la mer possibles sur toute la côte.

We had a positive experience staying in Punta prima. The owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The drive from Alicante Elche airport is straight forward along highway 332. Upon reaching our destination we were greeted by Karen (unit manager) who gave us the keys and showed us around the unit. The small welcome groceries is appreciated since the grocery stores around the area are not open on Sundays. The location is central to many places. Although, we rented a car you could still walk to restaurants, grocery stores etc.. The Mediterranean is an approx. 5 min walk from the unit. It has a nice pathway to walk along once you are there. We felt safe out and about. The unit has everything you need. The balcony is very generous in size, but not in full sun during Feb. We found the bed to be very comfortable (firm.) The grounds and pools are well kept and the common area and elevators are cleaned daily. Overall, we would recommend staying here. We would like to stay here again if back in Spain.

Fantastic bright apartment

Brilliant large terrace not overlooked, even in October got sun all afternoon till about 6 30pm. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and the welcome pack of milk, water, bread, butter and few other bits was really appreciated. 3 lovely pools, very quiet with well kept gardens. Quieter location than we would normally pick but enjoyed the restaurants and live music at night only 10 min walk away on the small strip. A big Consum supermarket also 10mins away. La Zenia boulevard was 40min walk or taxi which was cheap enough. Torrevieja was bit further than we thought, walked there along rocky coastal path but got a taxi back. All in all we had a great holiday relaxing on the terrace and some great nights out. Would definitely stay again

Had an amazing holiday, the apartment was very clean, excellently stocked, the ladies who look after the site were great, very helpful. The equipment in the storage area for the beach and pool was fantastic, we left some snorkeling stuff there as we couldn't take it home. The beach was a few minutes walk, very nice and clean, a bit rocky so beach shoes are a must. Lovely restaurants 5 min away. The grounds of the apartment were amazing and the 3 pools were great, the kids loved them. The only thing missing in the apartment was a 2nd shelf in the oven, as one night we cooked and it was challenging. We loved it, cannot recommend it enough, had a fantastic time, thank you.

Spacious apartment in lovely grounds

Very spacious apartment. Very well equipped. Lovely welcome on arrival by the local agents (Dan and Grace). Apartment had excellent air conditioning throughout, which was greatly appreciated as the weather was very hot most days (35 celsius or higher during the day). The apartment had a fantastic terrace with a nice view, and plenty of space for sunbathing, eating outside and drying clothes (all at the same time!). The grounds of the apartment complex were beautifully kept and the 3 swimming pools are fantastic. Even in August they were not too busy. There is not much to do in Punta Prima and I suggest a car is required (or taxis) to explore further afield. Buses can be used but they are irregular and take a long time to get anywhere useful by the time they've wound their way around all the back streets. There are loads of good supermarkets but all too far to walk unless you are just getting a few things. There are some lovely beaches a few kilometres away. Playa Punta Prima is not a bad beach within walking distance, but it is quite rocky in places so you need to pick your swimming spot carefully. That being said, there are a few good cafes and restaurants in Punta Prima, not least the two in the nearby Calle Bajamar (one of which can be seen opposite the apartment from the terrace). There are a couple of restaurants within short walking distance with lovely settings - Nautilus is right by the sea (and also has a lovely bar) and Restaurante Punta Prima has a lovely sea view. In both restaurants the food is good (but not exceptional) and the staff generally more friendly than not.
