Furthermore, thanks to the two large windows, the environment is filled with natural light throughout the day and it is possible to see the beauty of the suggestive Lake Garda and the surrounding landscape.
The living area consists of a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, ideal for hosting guests. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with a shower.
The loft can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with TV, wi-fi and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, while the outdoor terrace will give you the opportunity to admire the wonderful Lake Garda.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soap, shampoo, etc.).
To recharge the car there is a contribution of €50.
The shared pool hours are from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM and will be available for use until October 15th.
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
