The interior of Casa di Palma is simple, cozy. The entrance is into a furnished living room with dining area, TV, 1 sofa and ceiling blades. Next to it is the kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple with single beds, one pull-out and one bunk bed.
Completing the apartment is 1 shower room. The laundry room is located in the semi-covered outdoor courtyard. External video surveillance is present.

The nearest towns with all services are Marina di Lizzano, about 8 km away, and Campomarino di Maruggio, about 13 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Present external video surveillance system.
