Heaven in Tuscany
My partner and I stayed at the heavenly Lupaia to start our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The incredible attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every part of our stay was outstanding, from the brilliant team (each and every one of them) to the setting, the stunning pool, wonderful food and atmosphere - we cannot wait to come back to this Tuscan paradise!

Magical Stay!
Lupaia was magical! It exceeded all of our expectations and the staff was amazing. We also took the cooking class, which was fun, informative, and delicious! If you want to stay at a piece of paradise near Montepulciano, stay here!

Perfection in Tuscany
There are no words to describe the beauty of Lupaia! The restaurant, the premises, the room.. everything was perfect. The service was optimal and so much attention to detail. They assist with recommendations around the area and anything else that is needed. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing.

Lupaia was the most beautiful place my husband and I both have ever visited. We are so happy we chose Lupaia to spend a few days during our honeymoon and we wish we would have reserved to stay even longer. The entire experience was magical, from the welcome aperitivo with the views from one of the gardens, to the meals cooked in their wonderful kitchen in front of you, to the fireplace in the game room and the coziness in every corner of this property. We loved our standard room. Each room has it's little private garden and seating area, the rooms are extremely clean, well decorated and have absolutely everything you would need. I can't say enough wonderful things about our entire stay and the kindness you are treated with from the very beginning. A definite five star experience. We caught every sunrise and sunset, our breakfasts and all meals were delightful and there was plenty to do on property and nearby. If you are undecided about staying here, this is your sign to just book it before it gets snagged up for your dates.

Wow, what an amazing stay. This place is beautiful but is also comfortable and employs the best people. The dining staff and chef are exceptional, as is the front of house who helps plan day trips and takes care of an of your needs. Can't wait to go back.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. As soon as you arrive you appreciate the stunning location and the beauty of its lovely gardens. You are given a personal guided tour of the grounds and a welcoming drink. The rooms are excellently presented with their own outdoor space. There are only 12 rooms so the very friendly staff know you personally. Food and service is first class as well. We could not fault anything. Very highly recommend.

Lupaia is truly incredible! It is a sanctuary overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany. It is so picturesque and was exactly what my husband and I pictured for our honeymoon. Christopher and Heidi are lovely and make you feel right at home. We plan to go back for our anniversary next year and stay for longer! Highly recommend staying at least 3 nights!

Lupaia is a fantastic place to enjoy and relax. The service is exceptionally friendly and courteous. Those who love the Tuscany will especially like this place and the charming hotel. We spent five days in the Holy Week and appreciated the peace and intimacy of the nice hotel. The hotel is a great starting point for excursions. We were particularly amazed about Assisi.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights during our Honeymoon. The view of Montepulciano from our room was amazing. The property and rooms have this rustic vibe that give it a warm and welcoming feeling. The staff was phenomenal. The breakfast was exactly what we needed each morning; I would pay 20 Euro but its included in the price. We ate dinner in the dining room both nights; some of the best food we had in Italy. It was nice getting to know other people/couples at the hotel as well. Wish it was warmer out so we could use the pool; we did have some cocktails brought to us so we could enjoy the scenery. If youre staying in the Montepulciano area, I would stop looking at other places and book here immediately.

absolutely exquisite This hotel has one of the most perfect feeling of happiness and calm that I have ever experienced at any hotel in the world. It’s amazing when you see a venue reinvesting everything back into the hotel. Every single detail is first rate and nothing is overlooked. Obviously the food is amazing as are the staff - but it’s the complete package that really sets Lupaia apart

O melhor hotel onde já fiquei! A equipe é super atenciosa, fazem todo o possível para que você tenha tudo o que precisa ou deseja. An amazing 3 night stay and we hope to return one day. Lupaia is a little oasis - Alma room has a stunning view of Montepulciano. Staff cannot be more helpful, booking us a last minute cooking class and recommending a local restaurant (best meal of the trip). Dinner in the evening at the hotel is delicious and well priced, wine incredible. Can't fault it!

Just wonderful!
This was a honeymoon celebration and the staff could not have been more thoughtful. We had a wonderful room with views all around. Dinner was excellent, we ended up dining there each night of our stay. It is a wonderful property and you can easily visit wonderful towns nearby. Definitely romantic for anyone celebrating an anniversary or something special.

Just returned from Hotel Lupaia having spent a week there. Such an amazing hotel set in the Tuscan hills. The hotel it's self is beautiful and every care and attention has been taken to make your stay a perfect one. All staff are friendly and always on hand to help you make your stay a magical one. Being a passionate foodie, the food does not disappoint, each day a new seasonal menu is available, using their own vegetables and fruits together with Lupaia's beautiful olive oil. Will definitely be returning to Hotel Lupaia. Thank you all for such a wonderful holiday.

Amazing Tuscan Hide Away
This property is amazing!!!, it’s the sort of find that you really don’t want to share with anybody but simple must. We booked a suite ~ the views from each window ~ spectacular; picture postcard! The room was perfectly clean, comfortable bed and extremely spacious. The staff are beyond obliging, caring and kind calling you by your name!! Breakfast was delicious and dinner ~ oh my, nothing better than the chef preparing silky pasta for your meal right in front of you. Lupaia evoked a sense of calm and total relaxation ~ we truly didn’t want to leave! It is without a doubt that I would and will highly recommend this beautiful property. I know that we will definitely be back!! Thank you Lupaia!!

A one of a kind experience!!
A truly exceptional experience and one my wife and I will never forget. The property was truly magnificent and the staff was even better!! From the warm welcome by Christine to the excellent service from Marco, Jaspreet, Renata and the exquisite cooking from Andréa, to the owner Christopher this was a truly remarkable place. We spent 4 nights at Lupaia out of our 12 in Italy and what a tremendous 4 nights!! Plus you have quick access to dynamite villages. Highly, highly recommended!!

AMAZING PLACE!!!!!!!
This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Having a private little garden, overlooking the Tuscan hillside was WONDERFUL. The dinner we had on site was one of the best of our entire trip. Breakfast in the morning was an incredible display of made from scratch baked goods and local cheeses, etc. The staff makes you feel like you are the only ones in the world to be staying there - such great personal attention. We were there too early in the season to enjoy the beautiful pool (it was just being filled) but we did enjoy the lovely area around the pool. We did take some time to walk the olive tree groves and just wander the expansive property. There is not a single thing I would change about our stay here...except I wish I would have booked us for a WEEK.
