'La Chiusa was magnificent. Gorgeously restored historical property nestled in their own olive grove, caring attentive staff, and a young chef creating absolutely delicious new takes on traditional Tuscan classics. We walked around the grounds, did some stargazing, and enjoyed the personal attention and the cooking class. 12/10, 3 thumbs up, 6 stars. Can't recommend it highly enough. We cannot wait to go back.'

'Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en grande partie rénové. Les extérieurs doivent encore l’être et dénotent. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. '

'The villa is beautifully renovated with modern interior/appliances while retaining rustic, Tuscan character. The views are perfect. The pool is wonderful and a very decent size. Fabulous sunsets from the pool and terrace. Comfortable beds, good showers and a very well equipped kitchen. We loved that we could walk into Montefellonico which is a small, unspoiled village.
