The accommodation, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with the living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, washing machine and open kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle and toaster.

French doors provide access to the private porch equipped with outdoor table and chairs. A bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, bidet and toilet completes the layout.

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two cozy gulfs ideal for sailing, fishing and all water-related sports, not to mention walks in the hills and mountains. Maderno can boast a large and well-serviced lido that organizes festivals and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Horse Riding Course, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and its famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of local products such as Garda DOP Olive Oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, located in the beautiful Paper Mill Valley, an opportunity then to make a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.



The nearest airport is Verona airport about 50 minutes away by car, while Toscolano train station is less than 2 km from the apartment.
