Familie op doorreis
Mooi hotel in het centrum van Tours. Kamers zijn ruim en van veel gemakken voorzien. Bar was gesloten en het ontbijt was karig en werd slecht bijgevuld. Daarnaast werd het ontbijt in een veel te kleine ruimte geserveerd, waar iedereen door elkaar en tegen elkaar aan liep. Onlogisch, logistiek een ramp en in corona tijd niet handig. Het ontbijt is dus zeker geen 4 sterren waard. De lift werkt wel, maar schokt nogal waardoor de kinderen het redelijk spannend vonden

Heerlijk hotel midden in de gezellige stad Tours
L'Oceania vonden wij een heerlijk hotel. De bediening is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, alles wordt gedaan om het je naar je zin te maken.

Mooi "oud" hotel, prachtig modern gerenoveerd
Fijne ruime, schone kamers met airco. Goede badkamer met uitstekende douche. Zwembad is prima. Hotelbar leuk voor een drankje (bestel geen cappuccino... slecht). Ontvangst bij receptie was minimaal, en koffers moesten we bij de entree zelf de trap op sjouwen. Je verwacht iets meer hulp bij een 4* hotel. Ontbijt en diner hebben wij buiten de deur gedaan, dus geen oordeel. Maar verder een uitstekend hotel in een prachtige stad!

Great Place to Stay
This is a great place to stay when in Tours. The service was outstanding. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was full of good choices. Finally, the location was the best. It is less than a five minute walk from the train station and less than a 20 minute walk to the old town and the area with the best restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again when in Tours.

The area is good, was my first time in tours and i like it theres a lot of thing you can do, and most importantly you can just walk around there's stores, restaurants and a lot of other things to do

フロントもお部屋もとても良かったのですが、タオルに清潔さを感じませんでした。少しにおいました。部屋のコーヒーサーバーが水を入れてもスイッチがつかなかったのでフロントに連絡しましたがレストランに取りに来るように言われました。コーヒーサーバーの使い方がどこかに書いてあったのでしょうか。

Great location in Tours
Perfect and central location to restaurants and next to tourist office. Also train station 2 minute walk. Hotel clean with access to spa facilities. Room spacious clean although some wear and tear visible. It did not have mini fridge which was a bit disappointing. View from the window was the back of the property facing some mechanical fans air conditioning units and terraces and rooftops. I was told all rooms are like that. However minimal time in a room so no big issue here.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti in una camera deluxe al quinto piano molto spaziosa, con letto enorme, bagno con doccia, due finestre e macchina del caffè con cialde espresso grstuite. Unica mancanza per un hotel 4 stelle è la mancanza del frigobar ed inoltre un pomeriggio, rientrati alle 16.30 la camera non era stata ancora rifatta. Colazione buona, mancano solo le tovaglie al tavolo e le bevande calde sono disponibili solo tramite due macchine automatiche.. Parcheggio a pagamento molto vicino di fronte alla stazione dei treni. Centro storico a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi. Disponibile anche una piscina copera ed un idromassaggio non provati.

Genial, on y retournera
L'hotel est beau, spacieux et surtout un accueil chaleureux. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses: petit bemol: TV petite et surtout pas de mini bar mais un service au top: si besoin de glacons ou eau on nous le donne. Bien placé au centre de tours à pieds. Mais prevoir à l'avance de reserver le parking à l'hôtel sinon il faut trouver une place ( pas évident) et payant. Cependant nous sommes satisfait, petit dejeuner espress très bon et adapté, acueil+++, beauté et cadre agréable.

Apres un week end intense, nous avons choisi cet hotel pour son spa...malheureuse il ne marché pas, la piscine en remplissage n etait pas chaude. Chambre spatieuse, literie super confortable et insonorisation parfaite. Quelques retouches peinture seraient à prevoir. Cote petit déjeuner gros probleme plus de 20 euros par personne pour un copier coller d un petit dejeuner ibis, dommage.

problem med städning
Rummet inte städat kl 15 när vi slutligen fick nyckel till rummet en timme för sent höll man fortfarande på med städningen av rummet. För att fyrstjärnigt hotell är det för dåligt. Tydligen klart underbemannad vilket tyder på dålig organisation. Annars bra hotell, färglöst rum men stort och plus för bassäng.

This hotel was advertised as 4 stars but that wasn’t our experience here during our 2 night stay. The room was very large and quiet, however the amenities were lacking. The room only had paper cups, no glass for your nightstand or in the bathrooms, no wash cloths for the shower/bath. The soap dispenser was almost empty when we checked and never refilled by the time we checked out. The rooms and overall facilities need to be renovated as everything is rather old and tired looking. Not my favorite hotel during our week long stay in France. We did appreciate the location as it was close to everything in Tours with plenty of dining options and shopping!

We had a nice stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also good with lots of options. The area of improvement would be to maintain the pool area few times a day. When we were there, there was a group of kids with no supervision of parents. The pool area was absolute mayhem, with pizza boxes n food everywhere. Kids doing cannon balls in the pool. I complained to the reception and they helped resolve the situation. The next few days the pool was ok but I noticed that by the end of the day, it could use sprucing up as not all guests are tidy and put their used towels in the used towel bins. Other than that, the location is excellent and our stay was very comfortable. Spacious, updated rooms.
