'Very clean. Well appointed with many small touches that indicated the hosts really care. Stayed a full week with our loved elderly pet. He LOVED the back yard and we loved sitting out with him while so shared cocktails and cooked steaks on the grill. A perfect base for a full week of fun day trips!! Would stay here again. '

'I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. '

'This is a case of a stay where they underpromise, and over deliver!!! What a treat of a location and cabin. Also, the owners were not invasive whatsoever, but responsive (emailed back usually within 10 minutes) and hospitable (sent local recommendations based on conversation, as our plans changed last minute). Stay here, you won’t regret it! I’d give them more than 5 stars if there was a way to. '

'What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

Perfect location and there was plenty of room for all of us ranging from 4 months to 65 years old! The basement was awesome for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed.
