'The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!'

'We had a great stay at the bungalow. It had every amenity you could need and our dogs loved the fenced back yard. As other reviews mentioned you have to back out onto the steeet from the carport but we never really had an issue. We only noticed traffic around 8am and 4pm and it was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again!'

'One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Very comfortable and clean. There were more TVs than you can shake a stick at, and the kitchen was fantastic! Host was very responsive and considerate. There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet, but you'll need to bring your own EV charger to plug in. '

'Perfect place for my family over spring break. We explored Durango, Mesa Verde, the Four Corners and Cortez. The layout is great enabling us all to be together when we wanted and on our own when we wanted some downtime. Our dog loved the property too.'

We only had one night to visit Mesa Verde and the proximity of this house to the park was so convenient. We had a brief but wonderful stay.'

'Well taken care of property had all the amenities you could need and thoughtful hosts. We stayed four nights with our dogs and had no issues. It is on a busy road but fully fenced and not a problem for us. Kitchen is very well stocked too. Would definitely stay again if in the area!'

'From our perspective, this is the best VRBO in the area. Hosts were great and really made sure we had a great experience. For us the location was close to family and allowed us to unwind and relax after several day trips to surrounding national parks and landmarks. This was the first time we explored locations outside of the local region. We visited Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest, Arches National Park, and the Grand Canyon. Lots of driving but well worth it.'

'If your destination is Mesa Verde this the place to stay!! They can accommodate large families comfortably with spacious bedrooms, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and views to die for. There are also outdoor toys like volleyball and tether all!! Jen was very cordial, welcoming and responsive. The property is only about 3 miles from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park; about a 15-20 minute drive to the Canyon of the Ancients Visitors Center, and about an hour from 4 Corners...

'Beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath with 3 living rooms nestled on a grassy farm just north of Cortez. Goats were cute and hiking trails out the back gate were a nice plus. Kitchen had everything of excellent quality. Hot tub was perfect, very hot and clean. Owners were very nice!'

'Beautiful spacious house. Had a great stay with my family. Mark was great and very responsive! Our hot water went out the first night but Mark was able to get it fixed within an hour. This was the perfect house for our very large family. Definitely recommend'

'I’m beginning to think that booking through a third party is not a good idea. Our room was comfortable, but the last few times we’ve booked through Hotels.com, we’ve gotten rooms with rather shabby furniture. Marks on the walls and scratches on the furniture make it look like the hotels don’t care about room appearance. The room was large and comfortable, food at the restaurant was mediocre, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. '
