The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and Shawn from the front desk was especially attentive and supportive. When a piece of jewelry accidentally went down the sink, Shawn immediately sent for help and assisted us without hesitation. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. '

'Courteous staff. Having the bar and grill in the hotel was very convenient. The room was large and the bed was extra comfy. Didn't try the included breakfast. Was a little surprised we had to pay for parking, but no too upset because the hotel rate was very competitive. Will stay here again. '
