They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be...

'The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! '

'Not as advertised. Rooms outdated, mold present. Elevator doesn’t work, stairs had visible cracks didn’t seem safe, hallways are dirty and smell like mildew. Staff was nice '
