'July 3, 2025A mouse was there. Toilet did not work correctly. We had to move lid and lift up a spring.'

'We had an excellent stay at this property! It had a beautiful deck that we spent most of our time on using the grill and taking in the scenery. The floating dock was our favorite part. It was so relaxing and overlooked a beautiful lake Cove. The host was accommodating, easy to communicate with, and very nice. We would love to stay again sometime!'

'The property was perfect for us (mom, dad, 13 yr old). It was more spacious than I expected and had everything you could possibly need (including board games). Very clean and the bed and couch were super comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.'

'The cabin was a perfect place from which to explore the Adirondacks. Traveling with a toddler (2.5 years) and a dog made finding a place tricky, but this was a great fit. The fireplace made some unexpectedly wet and chilly days so much more enjoyable. The screened in outdoor porch helped us hang out outside despite black fly season. Communication pre-checkin was great and we were even able to check in a couple hours early. Overall, a great place. Would definitely stay here again. '

'While only at this cabin for 2 nights, we had a glorious time playing in the water, listening to the river, and skywatching over a campfire! The attention to detail in the decor, supplies, and directions was perfect! The outdoor decks were laid out in a manner to provide fantastic views of the river and offer shade if needed. Great time!- only piece of advice, if you are coming when it's hot outside, bring a fan or two.'

'This was a beautiful weekend away from our busy lives and this cabin and location was perfect for it. '

'Really enjoyed the place! If you are looking for peace and quiet then you need to book this cabin. Sit out on the screened in porch or take a nap out there as well and listen to the St. Regis River run over the rocks. Plenty of acreage that Louie and Sandy have to walk along the established trails and take in the smells of the Adirondack forest. Just down the road is the Catherineville State Forest 1600 acres to explore as well as Sylvan Falls. Potsdam is about 20-25 mins away with some good...

'My family’s stay was the best! The cottage has everything you need, comfortable with peaceful surroundings. The lake is a nice size but not overly busy - fishing was good too. Owners very responsive if anything needed. Highly recommend!'

'We really loved the setting of the cabin. Boyd Pond is beautiful! We loved seeing critters outside, like geese and loons on the water. We made breakfasts in the kitchen and spent a lot of time looking out over the water both from the table and sitting on the deck. It was nice to watch TV at night and have a space of our own. '

'This cabin, checked every box that was needed for a perfect peaceful, relaxing, unwinding, recharging weekend get away for my wife and I. A must hike owls head mountain. Absolutely amazing. So much to do both directions just down the road from this location. The cabin was extremely clean. Felt just like home. The hot tub was fabulous on a cold evening. Will definitely look into for future weekends. '

'The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. '
