'Everything about this property is wonderful except for the hill. The cottages are beautifully clean and look brand new inside. The view of the harbour is stunning. The property is peaceful. The staff is warm and welcoming and helpful in every way. The only issues we had were the hill from the main street and the village of St. George's up to the hotel, the lack of a beach shuttle because it is only seasonal and the lack of a restaurant property because it is under renovation currently. '

It felt like a spa, but very homey and relaxed. 'This is a hidden gem. The location is lovely. The hotel is updated and spacious with a large pool, hot tub and sauna. Wilbur and Marla (staff) were exceptional. 'All of the staff was excellent, especially Cynthia in reservations, I booked my stay through Expedia and Expedia messed up the booking and was unwilling to fix it or take responsibility for the error. I called the hotel and Cynthia took care of it immediately!!'
