'Nice & on campus'

'The room was okay. At first had the smell of dog odor on the elevator, but was finally disinfected the next morning It really turned us off and it is apparant that the motel might accept pets There were dogs in one of the rooms on the 3rd floor in which our room was several rooms down. They finally left there room with the dogs and it did quiet down from then on. We did not use the room on our third night but they told use they could not refund the money since we made the reservation thru...

'Rooms were clean and well stocked, had more storage than any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was ok, but it complimentary so can’t complain. Parking was close and well lit. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Kent State which is what we were there for.'

'This property is not handicapped accessible, it smells so bad I instantly got a headache. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in due to the smell and other very poor reasons, hotel said we stayed for the entire stay and not wanting to give a refund. Locals also stated this location has had many issues involving law enforcement to be present. Do not recommend!!!!'

'Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful.'

'It was clean but could use some work in the bathrooms. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning worked great. Had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Another couple was waiting too. No ice machines working. Had to go to the front desk and have them get it.'

'Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.'

'It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???'

'Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit keuze. Geen last van lawaai van gasten of verkeer. De receptie is vriendelijk, maar wat te passief. Kamer wordt goed schoon gemaakt. Lokatie is centraal genoeg om per voet alles te bereiken en decentraal genoeg om rustig te zijn. Prijs is goed.'

'This is an older property that received a makeover/reboot in the last decade. It has plenty of charm, including staff, though it might not seem as modernized as some might prefer. Regardless of all that, there are two major draws here: if you like the cocktail hour or if you happen to be a lap swimmer, this place is a standout. The pool is especially impressive, and attracts swimmers from the area. The scene in the evening was quite lively. The “morning after” scene was a relative...

'Not sure if they were short staffed but the check-in process was a mess. There were many people that sat and waited for rooms to be cleaned and available. Eventually, we were given a key to our second room only to find out that someone was already in there. Also, this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at for quite some time that didn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. On the positive side, it was a clean hotel with comfortable beds.'

'All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out'
