await. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip

up a hearty meal, and the hot tub on the private deck is the perfect spot to

relax while you take in the stunning mountain views. And don't worry about

staying connected - we've got you covered with WIFI throughout the cabin.

book or enjoy a warm cup of coffee on a crisp morning. The flat-screen TV is

equipped with all the essentials, including cable channels and free WIFI, so

you can stay entertained or catch up on your favorite shows. The living room

is perfect for relaxing and recharging with loved ones.



Kitchen/Dining Room:

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a stove,

refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Whip up a hearty breakfast, prepare

a family dinner, or enjoy a snack or beverage easily. The adjacent dining area

features a dining table with seating for six for sharing meals or family game

nights and making memories. For those who want to enjoy their morning coffee

leisurely, the kitchen has bar seating for two, providing a cozy spot to relax

After a day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, surrounded by the soothing

sounds of nature, and when hunger strikes, fire up the charcoal grill to savor

your favorite BBQ dishes. As the sun sets, let the glow of the fire pit create

a warm ambiance for memorable moments with loved ones. This outdoor space

offers everything you need for an unforgettable mountain getaway, whether you

Location / Parking / Roads:

Accessing the cabin is a breeze thanks to the well-maintained asphalt road

that leads up to a gravel driveway. The route features an uphill ascent with a

gentle S-curve, making for an enjoyable drive as you approach your getaway.

Level parking is available that comfortably accommodates two vehicles. Once

you arrive, you'll appreciate the cabin's prime location. It's just a quick

5-minute drive to the stunning Smoky Mountains, 10 minutes to the bustling

attractions of Pigeon Forge, and only 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. For your

convenience, a Dollar General or Kroger is just around the corner, ensuring

you have easy access to those last-minute supplies. With everything downtown

Pigeon Forge has to offer just a short drive away, you're perfectly situated

to explore all the area has to offer.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
