The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. 'This quaint cottage was perfect for 2 couples. We loved being steps away from the beach and very close to all the amenities in St Ives. The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is the parking spot is a distance away because of the old town. So anyone with mobility issues might consider that. There are cabs for hire if needs be. Would recommend, it was perfect for us.'

'Well-equipped and tastefully decorated barn and plenty of space for the kids to play outside. And they just loved picking fresh blackberries on our way from the barn to the beach. The beaches were amongst the most beautiful beaches that I’ve ever seen, and right at our doorstep! The owners also put together a very useful welcome pack with lots of things to see and do. We had a great time exploring the greater Porthcurno area (e.g. Mousehole, St. Just and St. Yves) and the advice to have lunch...

'Michelle and Kevin were great hosts, really friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. The pod was exceptionally clean and well equipped with tea, coffee biscuits etc. It was in a peaceful location and within walking distance to Carbis Bay and St Ives, with its pretty cobbled streets, bars, restaurants and boat trips. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to return for another short break. '
