'Staff were very helpful and friendly, made us feel really welcome. The room was a good size (superior double) with great sea views and it was very clean. Having a cozy bar with reasonable prices and the use of a free pool table was an added bonus. The hotel is great for relaxing and people watching. '

'Our large rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view across the river to Conwy Castle. We enjoyed seeing the tide coming and going at various times of day. The food and drink we consumed at the hotel was good quality, from breakfast to a bar meal to dinner in the restaurant. All of the hotel staff we met were friendly, helpful, and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. They really added to our enjoyment.'

'Very quiet and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.. I ordered a coffee as wanted a latte that wasnt included. It was no trouble and made at the bar.. delicious. The hotel is very clean with nice toiletries and tastefully decorated throughout. Staff were frieny and helpful'

'A beautiful hotel with genuinely friendly staff the bar was intimate and relaxed, our room was very well equipped and beautifully decorated with equality furnishings and fittings we had a spacious bathroom with shower above a bath. The continental breakfast had a good selection, I especially liked their pre soaked muesli which was full of nuts and fruit and shredded apple something I will try to reproduce, we had a full cooked breakfast the following day which was a little underwhelming, it's...

'This was the nicest of hotels first on arrival greeted by lovely female staff member who I now forget her name sorry ,, we stayed in room 201 it wasn’t see view but I never payed for sea view so we was happy with are room , it was spotless throughout the hotel room had all the amenities . Room was nice and warm , we had sat and Sunday night at the hotel as we was seeing stylistics just down the road , everything was on the door step also the breakfast was more then plenty lovely clean none...
