We loved this place! It’s one of three luxury tiny home communities within 10 miles of one another, and you’re allowed to visit the other properties (which includes access to trails and an 80 foot waterfall) by staying here. You can check out more on the retreattn website…This property is at the Retreat at Waters Edge. The property was as described with plenty of room to relax…screened in porch, deck with table and 4 chairs (perfect for meals), living room with nice electric fireplace, and a back deck with 2 lounge chairs. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room…5 would have been an easy add; 6 gets a little tighter, but still very doable. The bedroom has 2 small closets plus drawer space, and the bathroom has good counter space (the shower is large and the water pressure/nozzle was great). The kitchen is small, but space is well used throughout. It’s close to several state parks and the oldest bakery in Tennessee. It’s not in a big area (limited grocery stores and restaurants), but that was perfect for what we wanted! We’d definitely stay here again!
