Diane, when you book online thru 3rd party vendor, like Hotels.com or Expedia, THEY say we accept credit cards. The 3rd parties also state hotel collects amount owed to hotel. Very sorry for that confusion. We do accept Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal and Bitcoin.

Sorry you didnt enjoy your stay. Housekeeping informed me of your review and I the owner immediately checked out room. I found no mustiness. We have a variety of rooms. You requested 2 beds we provided. We had other rooms available with one bed with desk, 2 beds with desk and kitchen. Customer did not give us a chance to make it right. Received no communication whilst on property. Our Apoligies.

Thanks for the review. We accept Cash and Check at the motel, an ATM is located at the bank across the street. We concentrate our efforts on room comfort. Clean comfortable beds a good place to sleep. This week end I will buy some potted mums and spruce up our outside. Stop by again at the Golden Door Motel, most folk are repeat customers.

We do are best to be available for guest check in. This guest arrived in the morning before check in. We turned the heat on and placed a space heater in the room for extra fast heating. The TV remote was "hiding" in the desk drawer. Its true, we take check or cash & the room was clean and comfy. Clean and comfortable, isn't that was is MOST important in a room.
