'Sea view, staircase was a bit steep, staff were friendly and helped me with my case, staff did come in my room when I had put a no thanks sign up, didn't bring this up with them though. Otherwise happy with stay.'

'The room was clean and well presented in a pretty idyllic location. Quite and not very looked. Local pud was within a 10 minute walk and they served great food. The pud overlooked a river and in the summer months there seating available to be able to sit along side the river. We were provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. 'Location is stunning and the walks along the cliffs were breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was plentiful but the hot food was not very good. Have had better at a Premier Inn. The morning we checked out something nauseating that smelled like poo had been sprayed or dumped nearby and it assaulted our noses upon exiting the building. 'Lovely hotel and facilities. Rooms are really clean. Beds are very comfortable. Lovely linen. Food at the harbourmaster is excellent as are the staff. Definitely plan to return soon.'

'Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. 'We couldn't lock the front door all week! The key would not turn. We tried to contact the host but never heard from them. This made the holiday very stressful. The tv did it work either which was annoying. The water pressure in the ensuite shower was really poor making it unusable. The cottage could be so lovely but it feels uncared for and the owner is impossible to contact.'

'Host Karen was friendly and helpful. The place is set in a peaceful and beautiful location. I stayed for 9 days due to working in and around the location and I enjoyed it . Would not hesitate to go back. Fantastic views ,nice walks and a really comfy and tidy apartment'
