'Beds were good. Would be nice for extra pillows in closet. A/C ran ok but often felt warm during the night. We checked in late around 11:30 and Dede I believe, night assistant, was so friendly and helpful. All other employees were very nice, and helpful for any questions. We stay at HI often as we travel frequently. Would definitely recommend. Kudos to all of your staff.
