'Multiple floors...no elevator Room was okay, but supplies like TP, Kleenex and other things were lacking. No clear directions to ice/vending...both on first floor and again no elevator.'

'the hotel where we slept was horribly right the first week me and my husband were covered with red bumps. the room was not clean. and you have to pay for towels it's just outrageous. even the price. For this hotel what you call a hotel. It's not normal. We spent a week in Tulsa with the same name woodspring suites that was only a clean room and even there you don't have to pay for towels. Just like the internet which is so bad you can only have 2 lines otherwise pay for more lines. and then...

'Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, it was so very clean! We couldn't tell they were pets there at all. And they didn't use lots of heavy scents to cover up pet smells, they obviously just cleaned very well. So so thankful!'

'I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.'
