'Overall, we enjoyed our stay with friends at the property. We had a delayed check in, which was a frustrating process. We had to continually call and sit on hold or leave the pool to go to the front desk building to se did the room was ready. Thankfully we were able to use the water area while we waited. I suggest that they create some type of outside common area that is open to everyone even after the water area is closed. Suggest a swing and seating area to gather in. We enjoyed dinner at...

'The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online.'

Sink and counter are broke, sink light switch falling out of the wall, shower curtain rod is falling down, food left in refrigerator and the door of the fridge was covered in rust. Vending machine wasnt working either. Front desk person only accepted cash or cash app for the snacks and drinks she was selling from behind the counter.
