The approximately 25-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and consists of a single open-plan space with a double bed, an open closet, and a mini-fridge with a freezer. It features a small balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall, which is visible from the bedroom.

Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, convection heater for both heating and cooling, and a hair dryer. A parking space is available in a fenced-in area with access via an automated gate, located 100 meters from the property, subject to availability and payable on-site.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is marvelous, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the city, visible from the sea.

The accommodations are centrally located, convenient for reaching all points of interest and the sea on foot in less than ten minutes. Essential amenities are within walking distance: within 200 meters, you’ll find a café, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
