'I wasn't there for the shopping, just needed a break as it was a long time coming, everything was perfect, i felt i could free roam without questions asked, the staff were amazing, cannot fault them, i am a night owl, i sleep or i don't and the last night before i left i had a conversation with a member of staff named Seamus and he told me that was only his second shift at Park House Hotel, i was blown away, he was so happy to listen to my troubles, was brilliant all round, no faults whatsoever....

'Lovely overnight stay. Used as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Was a bit concerned when we read that a lot of staff had walked out upon sale of the property (some sort of protest I guess). However, the staff we encountered were delightful and extremely conscientious. Special thanks to Caitlin and Adele, I hope your new employer's appreciate you. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms maybe a little tired but were spotless and very comfortable. Thanks again, we will certainly return.'
