'Warm welcome and beautiful room. Ate lunch in the Nelson bar on my own while waiting for partner to arrive and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Same waiter on the evening - George. He was chatty funny and even sung for us - a fabulous member of staff. The room was beautiful and spa experience was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the live piano music on the evening with a cheeky cocktail or two! Will definitely stay again! '

'From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a wet room lovely bath and even a TV built in. In the bar area the bar staff were very attentive and cheerful, such a pleasure, and there was a lovely lounge style area in which you could enjoy your drink and chat. 'Location is perfect and a nice walk into the main shopping area. Lots of local restaurants and bars and very close the the race course if you are visiting for the races. Hotel its self is very good and the gym is perfect for what I needed it for on the move. '

'keurig hotel zonder poespas. jammer dat douche weinig kracht had wanneer ook andere gasten water gebruikten. personeel erg vriendelijk, uitgebreid engels ontbijt. hotel is tevens veel gebruikte locatie voor bruiloften; niet of nauwelijks geluidsoverlast voor hotelgasten. bijbehorend restaurant eenvoudig maar goed. '
