'After check in at 23:00 at night no food no drinks available at all. The guy from the reception was not allowed to serve a drink from the bar; even though there was no staff … strangr for a 4 Star hotel.
The hotel is new, fresh and modern with spacious rooms and nice but simple breakfast. Top location, 100 meters in front of the airport. '

'Beautiful room with a personalized welcome note and chocolates on the pillows. Amazing views of the citadel. Double paned windows completely cancelled out the street noise. Very friendly staff. Amazing historic decor and furnishings. Couldn't have asked for anything more.'

'The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I loved the property and yes it’s not close to the old town but I didn’t mind it (10 minute car ride). Loved the pool and restaurant. '

'Excellent hotel with wonderful breakfast, and awesome downstairs restaurant/bar. Impeccably clean and very modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one regret: the spa was still under construction and there was no swimming pool open either. I will still recommend it to anyone that want an upscale hotel in Cluj, Romania area.'
