Beachside 109 Luxury Condo on the Beach

Summary:
This beautifully remodeled first floor beachfront condo sits directly on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay!
Your private patio is literally steps from the sandy beach, and you'll love the bay view from the condo's open concept floor plan. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the deck, while watching the waves on the bay. One bedroom, One bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Convenience and style, relax, enjoy!

The Space:
The bedroom has a king size bed. The sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people, and the large pullout chair converts to a twin bed (perfect for kids) so there are accommodations for 3 more guests in addition to the King Bed. Flat screen Smart TVs to enjoy streaming service are found in both the bedroom and in the living room.

The bathroom is fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer. It also houses a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience.

When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day)

A public launch with watersports rentals is right next door!
Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown Traverse City. It's also a short drive by car.
You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is one parking space allowed per condo.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Lovely location

Great little condo. Perfect location, very clean, great communication… it all worked. Only little hiccup…I use a rollator and bedroom was a little snug. Otherwise, it was suited us just fine. Has the best sunrises.

Great first level condo right on the beach. Great location close to downtown, very clean and well kept. Only complaint was bed is very firm and upstairs people walking around was very loud at times. Someone banged on the door in the middle of the night our last night there but it was St. Patrick’s day weekend and nothing more happened so mostly a great stay.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

We went to TC for a weekend of rest and relaxation. The condo was incredibly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was also centrally located and within miles of places we wanted to go to such as the Catholic Church and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here during the warmer months when we can really appreciate the water!!

TC Beachside Holiday Getaway

We frequent the TC area often to visit family members and friends. This post-Christmas visit was to celebrate the holiday and New Year and we opted to stay on the bay to reflect on our challenging year and set the tone for 2025. I have nothing poor to say about this location. All communication from the host is well thought out and thorough as far as check in and check out instructions. The unit is overall well equipped for cooking meals. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is large. The largest draw for us is walking directly onto the beach- especially with kids. There is a boat/ jet ski/ kayak and paddle board rental company within steps as well. Katy is extremely responsive if she is contacted, and we were impressed in our interactions with her. Overall, this vacation was nothing but positive for us.

PERFECT location for our family!

My kids love the beach but can get bored after awhile, so hexing the pool available was PERFECT. We up spending more time at the property than we had planned bc of how beautiful the beach was and ease of switching over to the pool if the kids got bored. We LOVED that there were so many other families too! Our kids were excited to make friends and have other kids to play with. I'd highly recommend this location!

Perfect little condo in great location!

We enjoyed our time here! The perfect location, and far away enough from downtown- especially during the cherry festival! 🍒 The condo decor was so cute & coastal- the beach and pool were awesome, kids loved it. Cozy beach stay

This is our second stay in this unit and it was great for our family of four. The kids love being able to just run out on the beach at a moment’s notice and I like that they can still be seen from inside. Having access to a pool/hot tub area was also beneficial since the weather was a bit cooler than expected during our stay. Katy and the team have the unit well-stocked, and the in-unit washer/dryer are very helpful for staying on top of sandy laundry. The location is very convenient on US-31 and makes for a quick trek to downtown, though there is some road noise with the stoplight. Earplugs are available for use, and we use a white noise app on our phones so it’s not enough to offset all the other great features of this unit. We hope to be back again!

Family Trip

We had a great time! Kathy was a wonderful host and responded very quickly regarding anything we needed. The property was very clean and very comfortable. Extra towels, blankets, all kitchen items you could need. Only thing I didn’t love was the back porch bushes. Lots of bugs and over growing bushes as we tried to walk out. But easy fix but some people love that look. I’m just not a big nature person. I have no complaints about anything else. I will definitely be going back soon. Thank you Kathy for allowing us in your home and being such a great host. We definitely made some wonderful family memories over Father’s Day weekend. We can wait to return.

Great Beachside Condo

This was our first Vrbo experience and Katy definitely set the bar high. The unit was as presented in the listing - very clean, fresh and had many amenities included. I forgot to grab coffee pods on our grocery run, so having a small selection available was greaty appreciated for my morning walks along the beach. She also included a bottle of local wine, which was a nice treat. The location was excellent. It was so convenient being able to walk out the back door to the beach. There was also a rental stand immediately next door so we were able to explore more of the bay on paddle boards and jet skis, which was so fun! The only minor drawback was that the main bedroom was near the road, so you did hear some road noise with the stoplight nearby. Katy provided new ear plugs on the nightstand, which was great. Based on the other reviews posted we also brought sleep masks, which helped block some of the light. The flipside of that is that the location is walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and activities, which was nice. We booked this trip very last minute and Katy was very responsive in answering any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and would come back again!

Great Location and Super Clean!

We've stayed at this property twice, and honestly would stay again, every time I leave wishing I would have been able to book some extra days. It's the perfect spot for a family with young kids. We have a 3 and 1 year old. It was nice to be on the main floor and walk out to the beach. Also, super convenient to have the boat rental place next door, we've rented both times and it made our stay even more enjoyable.
