The Space:
The elevator whisks you up to the 3rd floor and your private condo entrance is steps away. Inside the entryway brings you first to the master bedroom (King Bed) and bathroom, and the guest room (Queen Bed) and 2nd bathroom. Opening up to the main living space, light pours in from two walls of large windows. Lake and sky are on display. Dining table for 4 and also island seating at the kitchen counter. TV and gas fireplace. Room for everyone to spread out. Easy walk out to the patio. This penthouse is 1,350 square feet in size.

**NOTE ABOUT BOARDMAN LAKE: There is public access to this lake for small non-motorized boats only (kayaks, canoes, rowboats, small sailboats) on both ends of the lake. **Swimming in Boardman Lake is not advised.**
Also at the north end there is a community sailing school and the entry to the Boardman River. It that flows through downtown Traverse City and goes into the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay, of Lake Michigan. This makes for a wonderful paddle. Rentals are available at the south end of the lake, on South Airport Road.

Assigned, free, covered parking spots for 1 car.

The Neighborhood:
The condo building is beside a railway line that operates a few times a month at most. Walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and a community- owned food co-op and grocery store in the neighborhood. It's just a short bike ride or drive downtown to more restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and, of course, the magnificent Grand Traverse bays of Lake Michigan.

The 5+ mile Boardman Lake Loop Trail circles the lake with a series of boardwalks, smooth asphalt - perfect for walking and biking.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
