The house is nestled on a one acre lot, surrounded by trees. It is difficult to see neighboring homes with the large wooded yard. There is a short but steep driveway off of Cedar Run Rd.

We have all new furniture, new furnace, humidifier, and A/C for the most comfortable stay. We have our favorite mattresses and favorite couch in this home! We hope you will enjoy them as well.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $50 per pet. Here are some pet rules we ask you to abide by:
– Housebroken pets only
– Please crate your pet if you leave your pet home alone.
– Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
– Please keep pets off of furniture, beds , and carpeted bedrooms.
- Please wipe their paws off before coming into the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY (If using VRBO to book, please look carefully at this as it is not accurately represented by VRBO in the booking window.) Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
