“Serenity Shores” is a tranquil two-story lakefront home nestled along the peaceful shores of Bass Lake, ideal for relaxing getaways or fun-filled family vacations. The first floor includes the main living area, kitchen, dining, bathroom and one bedroom, while the second floor offers four additional bedrooms and another bathroom—plenty of room to spread out and settle in.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home features four spacious bedrooms on the upstairs level and one on the main floor, comfortably accommodating families or groups. The main-level primary bedroom includes a cozy Queen bed. Upstairs, the second bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer a Queen-sized bed. The fifth upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with both a Queen bed and a Full bed.
Traveling with little ones? You’ll find a Pack ‘n’ Play crib and highchair available for your use. With five full bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, Serenity Shores comfortably hosts up to 10 adults and an infant—an ideal lakeside retreat for family vacations or group getaways.
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home features two full bathrooms—one on the main level and one upstairs. Both are stocked with essential toiletries and plush towels to help you feel right at home.
☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen on the main level has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and tea kettle. We also provide children’s dinnerware, utensils, and a highchair for young families.
Enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table, or take in the lake views while dining outside on the deck. A BBQ grill is also available for cookouts and casual outdoor gatherings.

☆☆ EXTRA AMENITIES ☆☆ This home includes central air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the season. The dedicated laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer, along with an iron and all the essentials to keep your clothes fresh during your stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for remote work, streaming, or staying connected. The driveway provides parking for up to 6 vehicles, making arrival and departure easy for larger groups. Please note: The attached garage is not available for guest use at this time.
Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood, so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.
Please note, during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $100.00, please contact us for further information.
Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, the credit card processing fee will be deducted.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
