Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great '

'The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think...

'Booked a king thru Expedia but hotel only had Queens when I arrived. Good amenities but not what I reserved. '

'The room and bathroom were in rough condition. The room was also filthy. The top blanket also had dried food stuck to it. Check-in was not ideal it was not in person and on a screen with someone I could not understand. I was very disappointed with my stay and the lack of a front desk person. Would not recommend at all.'
