- Access to the accommodation and the swimming pool is strictly reserved for guests staying at the property. External visitors are not permitted.
- The entrance to the property is shared with the owners, who live nearby.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are not permitted in the property.
- Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and depend on weather conditions.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
