Inside, you will discover a pleasant living space flooded with light, designed for sharing convivial moments. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge creates a warm and functional space, ideal for preparing your meals whilst enjoying your loved ones. Fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and 2 filter and Nespresso coffee makers), it has everything you need to cook as you would at home. The cosy lounge, with its comfortable sofa and television, invites you to relax after a day discovering Pays Bigouden or returning from the beach.



On the sleeping side, the house has 4 bedrooms upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: master suite with a Queen size bed (160x200) and a shower room.

- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90x190)



A second shower room and a separate WC complete the upstairs. For your comfort, you have a second WC on the ground floor, a washing machine in the garage and an outdoor shower for returning from the beach.



Important information:

- For young children, you will find a travel cot and a high chair. Warning: The pond in the garden is not secure.

- This property is equipped with wi-fi connection.

- This property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- Pets are accepted in this rental (maximum 1 animal per stay).

- You can store your bicycles in the garage and park one car on the grounds.

- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

Bed linen is available as an option, depending on your comfort requirements. Ordered linen is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no replacement possible, and mid-stay cleaning is outside our scope of service.



The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
