Perched above the Gulf of Venus, where the waters of Lake Como meet the silhouettes of the Alps, Villa Aqua is a contemporary luxury residence nestled in a private garden spanning over 1,000 square meters, among century-old olive trees, lavender, and rosemary, overlooking the lake.
Extremely convenient to reach thanks to direct private access from the main road, the villa enjoys a rare privilege: a panoramic view of the lake, which unfolds as a serene and relaxing panorama from every vantage point in the house.
The outdoor space has been designed to accommodate moments of relaxation and socializing in the open air.
Large panoramic terraces (approximately 130 square meters) overlooking the lake open onto the private park. Here, the heated infinity pool with hydro-jets blends into the lake’s horizon, enjoyable even in spring and fall.
The surrounding sun deck offers maximum comfort thanks to spacious double loungers and private Balinese loungers, complemented by a rejuvenating outdoor Balinese shower.
For moments of togetherness, a large dining table seats twelve, complemented by an elegant seating area with comfortable sofas, a Delabré stainless-steel summer kitchen, and a professional barbecue—ideal for dinners under the lake sky prepared by our chefs.
Inside, the atmosphere is imbued with understated luxury, where warm wenge floors meet De Castelli’s discreet metal installations. Dedicated to tranquility and reading, a quiet room features the softness of Baxter rugs and historic Gio Ponti armchairs by Molteni, creating the perfect corner for relaxation. The open-concept living room, featuring elegant Baxter furnishings, opens onto the terraces and the infinity pool through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen, a custom-made masterpiece born of the artisanal excellence of Brianza—the heartland of designer furniture—combines the natural beauty of Indian marble with the most harmonious technologies, such as the induction cooktop with an integrated range hood and the Quooker system for purified water.
The villa features 3 elegant suites with private en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 adults and two children in complete privacy. The lower level, called the Pink Floor and entirely finished in Kerakoll Design resin by Piero Lissoni, is dedicated to wellness and personal leisure, featuring a clean and inviting design. It features a fully equipped gym, a modern Turkish bath made of glass and resin, and a recreation area with an air hockey table. Adjacent to it is the private movie theater, where a deep, comfortable sofa faces a 96-inch screen for relaxing evenings.
Attention to detail continues in the bathrooms, where custom-made Casabath sinks and Salvatori marble complement the faucets created through a collaboration between Boffi and Fantini. You’ll find our all-natural body care products made with Arnica montana from the Dolomites, by FD Dolomites, at your disposal.
Aqua Collection takes care of every guest with a watchful and thoughtful eye. Your stay includes daily delivery of a fresh breakfast to the villa, a welcome grocery basket upon arrival, and housekeeping every other day, with linens changed every three days.
The villa, located 100 meters from the beach, has private access to the Greenway del Lago; a dedicated concierge is available before and during your stay to make your experience truly magical: from arranging private chefs and luxury transfers upon request to boat tours departing from the dock in front of the villa, as well as guided hiking excursions and bike tours to discover the most authentic charm of Lake Como. Just a short walk away is the beach and Villa del Balbianello, one of the world’s most famous estates: scenes from *Star Wars: Episode II* and *007 Casino Royale* were filmed here, and it is a sought-after destination for exclusive weddings. The villa offers direct access to the renowned Lake Como Greenway, the scenic trail connecting the historic villages along the western shore. Bellagio is just a few minutes away by ferry or private boat; Como and Menaggio are easily accessible by both land and water. Continuing north, you reach Valtellina—the setting for the Bormio and Livigno events of the upcoming 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics—and the picturesque St. Moritz in Switzerland, a renowned international Alpine destination. Guests at Villa Aqua have a large covered parking lot at their disposal, conveniently accessible from the Lake State Road (Regina State Road), just 100 meters from the shore.
A convenient elevator (or a flight of stairs) will take you to a newly built enchanted oasis, with a path leading to Villa Aqua, perched on high ground overlooking the entire Gulf of Venus and Punta di Villa Balbianello.
