An absolutely peaceful location with fantastic views of Lake Garda to the north and south (!) as well as the magnificent Baldo Massif, at the foot of which lies the historic town of Malcesine with its romantic Scaliger Castle.
The apartment has recently been completely renovated and is in top condition, both technically and aesthetically. Air conditioning is available for hot days, and a pellet stove is provided for cold days. The accommodations are located in a detached villa with a garden and two separate living units, the upper of which is for private use only.
The 82 m² apartment features two bedrooms, a bright living room with panoramic views and an adjoining kitchen, and a spacious bathroom in Mediterranean style. The apartment is surrounded by a large, secluded terrace and an Italian-style garden with many Mediterranean plants surrounding the villa. Here, you can observe beautiful butterflies such as the swallowtail or the hummingbird-like hummingbird hawk-moth in large numbers. Mediterranean plants surround the villa, including olive trees, palm trees, oleander bushes, rosemary, agaves, pomegranate trees, etc.

The detached villa with a garden is located on a plateau at an elevation of approximately 500 meters, 5 km above Limone, in the Tremosine district.
Tremosine was recently named one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.
The property is situated on a side street in a completely quiet location; the apartment is not visible from neighboring buildings, including other villas.
No through traffic, no children shouting by the pool. If you want to go for a swim, the shore of Lake Garda in Limone is just 5 km away and easily accessible by bus or car. A beach and lake access area for dogs was recently established in Limone.
In the immediate vicinity (a 5-minute walk), you’ll find a grocery store, a bakery, a restaurant, a bus stop with good connections to the towns along the Gardesana, tennis courts, and various scenic hiking trails. Numerous nearby mountain bike trails for all skill levels are also accessible from the house, such as Valle di Bondo, Monte Bestone, Valle San Michele, or leisurely rides around the picturesque villages of the Tremosine Plateau.
From Limone, there is a regular ferry service to Riva (north) and Malcesine on the eastern shore of the lake.
The location is ideal for day trips to the Dolomites, to the theater in Verona, or to visit the many wineries of Trentino and Veneto.
