The accommodation
This apartment is a real haven of comfort that offers an extraordinary view of Lake Bourget.

This 40m2 refurbished accommodations are located on the third floor (with elevator).
Several restaurants are located at the foot of the residence, 300m away there is a bakery and 600m a small mini-market.

The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen: an oven, a fridge/freezer, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a SMEG kettle, a SMEG toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fondue set, a raclette set and all the essential utensils.

The accommodations are air-conditioned.

For a moment of relaxation, you can enjoy the two-person balneotherapy bath with hydro-massage jets, whirlpool bath and LED lighting.

The bathroom is composed of a large shower with rain shower.
The toilet is separate.

From the bed (160x200) you can admire the breathtaking view of the lake.

A large dressing room and a washing machine are also available.

The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV Box:

We offer 3 packages for a romantic stay in lovers:
- Getaway (rose petals and petal hearts on the bed): 60€
- Privilege (rose petals, petal hearts on the bed, bouquet of roses and box of chocolates): 120€
Romance (rose petals, petal hearts on the bed, bouquet of roses and bottle of champagne): 160€

Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bed will be made for your arrival.

The accommodations are non-smoking.
Pets are accepted with an extra charge, however, please do not get them on the bed.


Other remarks
A busy road is located below the accommodation.
We have had a triple-glazed bay window with anti-noise treatment installed. Windows closed, we don't hear cars.
