'Hotel is prettig van opzet en kent geen hoge etages. Het heeft rustige kamers ondanks de lokatie naast de snelweg. Centrum is even rijden maar enkele restaurants liggen nabij het hotel. Het maakt het voor ons meer geschikt voor een kort verblijf of doorreis. '

'I’d highly recommend staying at this Hotel. Great staff, friendly service, and the manager introduced himself to me. The continental breakfast was hot and ready everyday. The pool and hot tub was well maintained. My room was cleaned everyday. I truly enjoyed my stay!'

'Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport.'

'Was not provided the room I booked and paid for. No response or assistance with correcting this from management or the booking agency. Staff was inattentive and unhelpful. Reasonable priced rooms. Hotel has relatively easy access to the highway. Location is a 2.5 out of 5. Overall experience was a 2.7 out of 5 stars.'

'I booked through Expedia. My card was charged twice. We arrived at 3am EXHAUSTED and the nearest open rooms were around 20 miles away. When I went to check in and I told them my name for the reservation the staff looked at each and said that room wasn't clean. They then proceeded to tell me about how short staffed they were and the one was on more than a double shift at that point. So my family and I were without a room and our funds were locked up with my card having 2 room charges on it....

'Booked 2 king rooms. Upon arrival we were appointed 1 king room and 1 queen room. Checking with the front desk gave us the answer that we booked 1 king and 1 queen room. The room was ok.Walking around in the hotel area we saw that a lot of the businesses were closed and the town looked like it has had is best time. Had diner and breakfast in hotel. Breakfast was great and the waiter was very good and gave good service.'

'We verbleven in een zeer ruime kamer, voorzien van alle voorzieningen. Overdag iets overlast van bouwwerkzaamheden. Typisch casino hotel. '

'Excellent place to stay in Yakima. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was very good at an additional charge. I look forward to returning again next month. This will be my place to stay going forward in Yakima. Nice touch with the wine tasting opportunity too.'

'Loved the location being close to where my dad and family live and not all the way on the other side of town. Staff were prompt with questions and guidance. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was a great temp. LOVED my king size bed and room. Will for sure do a staycation again with them.'
