  • Dit is een prive vakantiehuis met afstandsbediening omgeving, vlak bij het dorp voor degenen die willen verblijven in een luxe huis, ervaar de schoonheid van het Italiaanse platteland, terwijl de mogelijkheid om Rome te bezoeken, op slechts 30 minuten rijden. Een prachtige Romeinse woning gelegen in Trevignano aan het meer van Bracciano. De ruime villa is geschikt voor maximaal 16 volwassenen en 4 kinderen in het hoofdgebouw en afhankelijkheid. Zeer comfortabel voor groepen tot 16 volwassenen en 4 kinderen of 4-5 gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Het is omgeven door een adembenemend uitzicht over het Lago Bracciano en het Italiaanse platteland.

    De villa is prachtig ingericht met een ontspannen moderne Italiaanse, Scandinavische en ethiek stijl. Het huis heeft een 2 oversized gezellige lounge met boeken en open haard, ideaal voor leuke vrienden en familie. De open keuken is modern en volledig uitgerust. Buiten de woning beschikt over verschillende pergola's, terrassen en overdekte eetgedeelte. Gasten hebben toegang tot een privé-zwembad dat volledig gebruik maakt van het prachtige uitzicht. Het zwembad wordt verwarmd door zonnepanelen en altijd dagtemperatuur te bereiken. De villa heeft 8 grote slaapkamers, 5 badkamers en twee buitendouches. Een terras is verbonden met alle slaapkamers. Allemaal met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de heuvels.

This house and property is amazing Ika and Mario where there if we needed them.. we had 11 in our group and we had plenty of space to spread out but yet spend quality time together! Would definitely stay here again!

Non riesco a descrivere a parole il nostro soggiorno in questa villa. Una posizione incantevole, una casa spaziosa e confortevole, tutto perfettamente funzionante, acqua calda, temperatura ambiente, camere pulite, due splendide cucine a vista... per non parlare della gentilezza della proprietaria (la signora Stina) e soprattutto dell'attenzione dei custodi, la signora Ika e suo marito (non ricordo il nome), persone davvero speciali che meritano tutta la considerazione per l'eccellente lavoro che svolgono...

Der Pool war klein aber ausreichend, wetterbedingt wurde er mit wenigen Ausnahmen ohnehin nur von den Kindern bzw. der Jugend genutzt. Die Anlage bot für die ganze Familie (9-80 Jahre) sehr abwechslungsreiche Möglichkeiten des Zusammentreffens bzw. auch des Rückzugs. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, man vermisste im Grunde nichts. Wir würden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen, dann aber sicherlich nicht für eine Karwoche in Rom.

We were a group of 12 adults and 4 children, and we absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail in the décor. There’s plenty of space for the kids to run around, and the trampoline kept them happily entertained for hours. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated — even better than they look in the photos.Ika and Mario were wonderful hosts, always kind and helpful. Ika treated us to a delicious homemade Italian meal, easily the best of our trip.Overall, this villa is perfect for a relaxing break in the Italian countryside, and I would highly recommend it.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in toller Villa

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub. In der Villa ist toll und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Die Kinder konnten überall spielen. Jeden Morgen hat und Ika ein tolles Frühstück besorgt und vorbereitet. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub und wir wären gerne noch länger dort gebliebenen.. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub

Idyllic house in a beautiful setting

Our family loved all tehf acilities and the imternal fititngs etc in teh hosue We found the house to be exceptional in every aspect apart form the swimming pool which was too small for the whole family to properly enjoy together Everything else was fabulous and Ika and Mario were on site whenever we needed them and were very helpful and unobtrusive Thnaks so much Stina Love your homer !

A totally relaxing and peaceful location. 16 of us enjoyed all the space and opportunities for summer family fun. Ika & Mario are the best staff I have ever encountered in years of villa rentals. Breakfast each day was incredible and Alberto is an evening meal star! They are thoughtful and incredibly honest with receipts and unspent money returned. They made our family feel wrapped up with love and care for a week. So many comfortable break out areas to use so this really is brilliant for a larger group. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

20th Anniversary Trip with 7 Couples - Amazing Time!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights with 6 other couples to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. The property is absolutely stunning. Stina was incredibly helpful when communicating with her prior to arriving to the vill and super responsive when we go there as well. Mario and Ika live on the property, and they are very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend coordinating a dinner with chef Alberto & Ika through Stina- the food was amazing and it was the best way to spend our first night! Make sure to use the google location she provides, it is the easiest way to find the house. You could comfortably sleep 16 in this home. It's awesome!

We chose this beautiful home to be the spot or 15 family members would gather to celebrate my dad‘s 70th birthday. I have stayed at dozens of vacation rental homes and this may be one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed at.It’s at the top of the hill so you can’t even see a neighbor. You have privacy and incredible views of the lake.Some information that might be helpful to other travelers:All bedrooms are down flight of stairs in case mobility is a problem. Some of the bedrooms are not accessible from the main house. Meaning there are two staircases on each side of the building. Almost as if the house is split in two. This is not an issue at all and gave people some extra privacy. Each bedroom has glass doors that exit onto the back lawn so almost everybody has a view. The house is really well stocked and has everything you could need. But what’s up this house apart from others is Ika. She is essentially the house manager but also prepares breakfast in the morning and we had her cook dinner for us literally almost every single night. She is a fabulous chef and to not have to worry about cooking and cleaning the kitchen after every meal was truly incredible. We went into Rome a couple times and explored the lake but honestly we never really wanted to leave this beautiful home. The pool is a couple minute walk from the house and it does have a gate in case you have children.If you’re looking for a truly spectacular and tasteful home this is it.

Italian paradise

The home itself is thoughtfully laid out, such that everyone could find 'space,' if desired, in addition to the eight bedrooms; with views of the lake and orchard and the scent of roses and jasmine everywhere. The caretakers were attentive and quick, but unobrtrusive. The kitchen was well stocked, equipment-wise, with some spices & condiments. The pool was perfect - set back in the garden, away from the house. We arrived on a cool day to find a fire in the fireplace awaiting us. Could not think of anyway to improve the spot. It was absolutely lovely. A short drive to charming Trevignano Romano, in a private and beautiful country setting (up a very bumpy driveway!) Italian paradise with Scandinavian sensibilities.

Fantastisk opphold

Villa Nova er enda finere enn i annonsen. Huset er svært romslig og har to separate deler, noe som var perfekt for oss som reiste med tenåringer. Kan absolutt anbefale middagsservice fra både Alberto og Ika, det var fantastisk. Ika fikset også frokost til oss som var helt supert. Vi hadde et utrolig hyggelig opphold!

Entspannende Tage in herrlicher Umgebung

Großzügig angelegtes, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Großfamilie vom Baby bis zur Großmutter. Pool besser zur Abkühlung als zum richtigen Schwimmen geeignet. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten am, im und ums Haus zu verweilen dank der Terrassen. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Haushälterin Ika. Hervorragend war auch der Koch Alberto. Geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtetes modernes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben die Tage alle sehr genossen!

Stunningly beautiful hideaway close to Rome

The villa is huge – our family reunion had plenty of space for 10 adults and two kids. (There were even rooms we did not need). The view of the nearby lake is stunning, the overall atmosphere at the pool and garden is so peaceful. The interiors are a cosy mixture of a nordish and modern italian style. Ika (the maiden) and her husband Mario were wonderful too – she arranged breakfast and let us check out later so we could enjoy the house until the last of us had to catch our flight back home in the evening. The family reunion felt like home-away-from-home! Thanks for making that possible! :-)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, idylisch über dem Bracciano

Ein sehr schönes, großes Haus mit vielen großen Zimmer und hohen Decken. Das Haus ist oberhalb des Braccianosees und man muss eine Weile fahren, bis man am Haus ist. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhigen und abgeschiedenen. Man ist aber mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde in Rom oder am Meer. Wir durften den Gemüsegarten mit Tomaten, Auberginen, Gurken, Melonen... nutzen. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner und etwas entfernt vom Haus mit einem tolle Blick auf den See. Die ganze Anlage ist nachts mit Solarlichtern beleuchtet. Das Angebot mit dem Koch war eine tolle Idee. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Just a fantastic trip

We spent 1 week of our family holiday in the house. We enjoyed every second. The house is great, it contains everything, you dream of, the location close to Rome and nearby the lake is just a dream. Lots of great restaurants in the villages close to the house. We have been welcomed by the 2 people that take care of the house and both were very helpful in everything wee needed. To sum it up, the stay was just fantastic. We can recommend it without any limitations.

Härlig stor villa nära Rom!

Ett underbart hus med mycket stor gård där det finns allt man kan önska sig för en eller flera barnfamiljer. Det som gjorde semestern extra fin var kocken Alberto som lagade middagen åt oss alla flera kvällar. Även bekvämt med husvakt som bodde i en del av huset men inte alls störde. Tack!

Great Italian Holiday

The villa was perfect for a large family holiday. The quality of the location, safe detached/fenced swimming pool in a beautiful setting. Ika on hand to help was really useful too

Familie fra Norge, 15 voksne og ungdommer + 2 baby, perfekt sted for storfamilien! Stedet kan anbefales på det varmeste! Lett tilgjengelig bare 60 km fra flyplass Roma (Fuimicino) Handle mat 15/20 minutter unna (med bil) f. eks i Treviano eller Angulliera. VillaNova har alle faciliteter, vi kommer gjerne tilbake🥰

Excellent property , clean and spacious for a large family.

We loved our stay at Villanova. First of all, the pictures in this listing is captivating. I knew from the moment I saw them, I wanted to book it for our family's retreat. Communication with the owner was excellent in the beginning. However, months down the line, there were technical difficulties that prevented my messages from reaching the owner. After a while, I contacted VRBO to reach her and she was able to respond immediately. So, that part was resolved. I know communication would have been seamless if it wasn't for the technical problems but I still had to be honest on why I gave Communication with the Owner 3 stars. Communication with the Property Manager was great, I give that part 5 Stars. She used What's App and was very helpful with the language barrier. Therefore, I averaged Communication in General to 4 Stars overall. EVERYTHING ELSE IS 5 STARS!! I didn't notice that it didn't have A/C but the location was breezy and didn't stop us from enjoying the property. The home is ultra private, high on the hills of beautiful Italian countryside. With that being said, there were a few power outages but it was short and the housekeeper/groundskeeper immediately sprung into action when needed. The housekeeper, Ica, was truly wonderful. Prior to arrival, we only booked her to set up breakfast for us every other day. However, after the first breakfast, we decided to ask her to set up breakfast all the remaining days. It was simple yet fresh but so wonderful to have fresh coffee and fruits and pastries and cheeses and meats prepared for us daily. Clean up was taken care of by Ica as well. The cook, Alberto, was also wonderful. He made delicious authentic meals to accommodate our large family without us having to go anywhere! Alberto and Ica were heaven sent and made us feel at home. The pool was beautiful and it had toys for the kids to play with. There was a soccer set outside and plenty of games inside to keep occupied. The family all agreed that if the opportunity came back for us to come back to Rome, we would definitely love to stay here again. We highly recommend it!!
