Enjoy this 100m2 accommodation located on the ground floor of a lovely family house. It is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). Enjoy a vast green garden and a terrace surrounding the accommodation, ideal for relaxing in the sun or sharing a meal thanks to the large outdoor table and barbecue. Nearby, Trestel beach will delight surf and swimming enthusiasts, while hikers can explore the famous GR34 trail, offering spectacular panoramas of the coast. The charming port of Port-Blanc is just 3 km away.

Push open the entrance door and discover a large reception hall. Directly to the left, the independent kitchen, fully equipped (two refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker. At the back is the living room, with direct access to the terrace. There you will find a large dining table for 5 people, as well as a warm lounge area, perfect for gathering in the evening around the fireplace, sofa, coffee table and television.



The accommodation has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, access to the bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed (90x190cm), 1 single bed (90x190cm), 1 wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.



The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet. A second independent toilet is also available.



For added comfort, a washing machine, a travel cot, a high chair, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.



You will be able to park up to three cars in the private courtyard of the accommodation.



The floor of the house is not for rent, you will only have access to the ground floor and the garden. The upper floor will not be occupied during rentals.
