The holiday apartment in the attic is located just 300 metres from the gravel beach and offers space for up to four people. It has two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed and an additional bed – ideal for children or additional guests.



The open kitchen with dining and living area is equipped with a cooker (gas/electric), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A dining table for four people and a sofa bed provide additional comfort. Air conditioning in the living area guarantees pleasant temperatures.



From the covered balcony, you can enjoy sea views, which is furnished with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. Separate access, bed linen and towels are provided. Parking is available directly at the property. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited.



In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure opportunities: water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, boat and kayak rental, as well as jet skiing. Restaurants, supermarkets, medical facilities, and the town centre are within a few minutes' walk.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fees, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet (Wi-Fi), kitchen towels, as well as the tourist tax for adults and young people. Heating can be used for an additional charge.
