'The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay.'

'Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

'It lacks air conditioning, but otherwise perfect!'

'Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. '

'There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. '

'The hotel is on the outskirts of Lucerne, but had a train and bus stop nearby. Walkable into the city if you like walking. Instructions to get into the building were confusing once you got your key out of the box outside. Waited until someone else went in, then realised had to tap the key (real key) on the door. Once in, again the lifts were confusing. Until we saw that you had to tap the key on another box and punch in your floor, not at the lifts though, around the corner of them. Anyway, if...

'Apartment is big with a sizeable living and fully equipped kitchen complete with cutleries, knives , wine opener, a few saucepans , frying pans oven , microwave , fridgr and dishwasher . The bathroom is big, clean and looks newly renovated There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away which goes to the Lucerne central bus station which is very convenient. '

'Really enjoyed our stay! Host was very attentive and checked in on us. The location is a quick bus ride to the bus station and chapel bridge. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes from your door. Would stay again!'
