'We have been several times in Greece and have had a lot of apartments and hotels. But Apollo Spa Resort has become definitive our Nr.1 ! 'This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect.
However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. It’s unfortunate to see so many temporary, inexperienced young staff across key areas like...

'Property is excellent. It’s a bit of a trek if you take a car from Athens. I recommend taking a helicopter as it lands right at the property basically. Surrounding area is beautiful , great golf as well. '

WiFi and 4/5G was not working in our room. Front desk mentioned they were going to check, never got any feedback, nor it did not improve.
AC was not working very well, Often just stopped in the middle of the night or showed an "HL" error, after which the system had to be reset
