'Great hotel located practically on the beach with excellent service. We could hear the sea at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was probably enough to feed everyone in Trinco. Great diversity and especially great waffles. Towel service at the pool was great and we loved the crab restaurant. Highly recommended. However, strange pricing strategy is very strange. We had to book via expedia on their wifi because it saved us $100 per night. Which is strange for a luxury hotel'

'Detta är ett skitställe där dom har photo choppat bilder på rum och byggnad. Jag har bara sett värre en gång i Bangkok för 9 år sedan.. vilseledande marknadsföring i sin prakt.. antingen rum mot havet utan toalett och kylskåp eller något.. eller rum med en brötande AC ..sladdar hängande överallt och INGA fönster . Stannade där i 40 minuter. Trots förbetalt utan Återbetalning. '

'I was underwhelmed with this hotel and thought value for money was much not as good as other hotels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Located in the central city area of Trinco, however there is not really much to neither see or do in this area. Suggest you instead look for a hotel on the beach and take a tuk-tuk if you want yo experience the city. The room was spacious, had AC, but other than that rather basically equipped. I had high hopes for a Sri Lankan breakfast, because staff asked me...

'Received very badly. It was terrible. They didn't even know we booked and were talking to us and eating at the same time. Very disrespectful reception. The rooms themselves were good and clean. Bath towels we didn't have in the room either and had to ask for it. We booked and paid for breakfast and they told us they had no breakfast for us. They asked us all the time whether we pay now although we have booked on ebookers and have already paid this. We did not get money back either. Not so...

'L'hotel est bien situé, à 2 pas des restaurants et de la plage et la petite terrasse est agréable. Cependant il y avait une très forte odeur d'égouts dans notre chambre et l'hotelier nous a demandé de payer l'équivalent de 12 € supplémentaire par nuit pour avoir la clim dans la chambre ! Le Wifi ne marche quasiment pas. En bref je pense que vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux à Upuveli.'

'How can i give my ideas even they have not reserve a room for me. But i have paid fully through my credit card to Expdia for Blue Ocen Hotel Tirncomalee. Pls don't do like this to others. Even they could have informed if they have cancelled my room reservation. I will take necessary action regarding this matter'
